I'm curious about the BBM. The other items requested in the warrant applications seem pretty obvious and expected. Wonder why those particular warrants are so heavily redacted.

As far as I know from documentation, the warrants were only obtained to investigate data in the day or two before the kids disappearance and the day of . I don't think warrants were obtained to retrieve their whole phone and other device history

It’s impossible for G&M to know if the info is true or false. Surely nobody believes everything they read in the media in this day and age? According to surveys, it’s become a minority. One of the reasons is there is no law to require sources to prove what they disclose to a reporter who is looking for a story. Neither is there a law requiring a reporter to prove what they write as long as the information originates from a source. Freedom of the press protects everyone involved.

Does it really matter when DM filed his income tax, expecting he ought to defend himself? Where does the line get drawn protecting private lives and the public’s insatiable appetite for gossip and scandal? DM has not been charged with domestic abuse nor has Maleyha reported it to police, that we know of. All the allegations are secondary hand, and obviously reflect poorly on DM without knowing anything of a possible agenda of the person who is the source. My question is what’s behind the agenda?

What connection is there between Maleyha’s CCB and the disappearance of Lilly and Jack?

When people believe that bad things happen only to bad people, it helps them to understand this tragedy when they post any kind of behaviour that reflects poorly on DM and/or Maleyha, believing it is related to the disappearance of the kids.

Toronto-Dominion Bank Group Canada (TD) headquartered in Toronto is the largest bank in Canada with the most branches, including Montreal and Halifax. See link below.

Hypotbetically, if MBM, DM, and/or CS had bank accounts and/or the government benefits/child support were deposited electronically or payments were made through a bank, perhaps TD Bank is one of the companies RCMP requested electronic records from to check deposits, withdrawals, cheques written, etc. by Lilly and Jack's family members.

Shocked to see the rcmp are not planning another search until spring 2026 .

I wonder why it states the organisation was contacted by " associates " of Maleyha and it is written in the inverted commas exactly as I have written. Sure that could be Daniel as with the ending of the relationship that's all he is now an associate jmho .

No she text in the school app that they would not be attending at around 6.30 am that Friday morning. She called the rcmp to report them missing at 10.01am the rcmp arrived at about 10.27am .

I'm speculating from timelines given by mbm ,DM and janie the kids were noticed to be missing, approximately one hour prior to rcmp being called

I am glad to hear from MBM. After her prolonged silence it felt all we were hearing was from DM's perspective. I also appreciate that she hasn't addressed the topic of DM or the split at all and kept the focus on her children.

very possible IMO. I was perhaps overthinking it - that the associates did not agree to be named but grandma Belynda had no problem being named. She has been very vocal from teh beginning both on social media, podcasts vlogs and more recently in the press. But you may be right, DM and his family would not really have an easy term to assign them aside from associate in light of the couple separating.

Yes I agree. We do know BG was primarily responsible for connecting with the search group and it’s been said she associates with various youtubers and SM bloggers (?) so my guess is the ‘associates’ are those who support BG, therefore MBM indirectly.
