They are not just unfounded allegations. We can READ many of the messages that were sent ourselves. And the members admitted to writing them. Discussing getting a hold of the questionairres filled out by the jurors and then having various you-tubers do a deep dive into their personal lives, for leverage of some kind, if need be. The messages said that. ..and many agreed it was a good idea.

So just saying it's no problem because the jurors are unaware is not enough, IMO. It should be a priority to make sure they cannot continue with that kind of sabotage . And having the orchestrator of that craziness being a part of the defense team crew at the trial just shows that the D is not going to stop that kind of subterfuge. IMO
How does this affect the states case do you think?

So, strange that Gull won’t recognise them as bona fide journalists, no?
It is, because the SCOIN recognised them as such and gave them passes.

Judge G was very upset and frustrated by the theft and leaking of the crime scene photos and the ensuing suicide of one of the participants. Unfortunately, someone passed off some of the leaked materials to MS. They did THE RIGHT THING and contacted LE about it. But Judge G probably still lumps them in with the group of content creators that were given the stolen material, imo.

IMO it will affect appeals. As is the case with Adnan Syed, West Memphis Three and every publicised case with a strong pro-D fandom.

All IMO

In my opinion, I think we all say things from time to time, to our trusted friends, that we hope isn't released for public consumption. Sometimes maybe even things we'd like to do, but either have no way of actually doing it, or even if we did, never would. I suppose if the authorities were alerted to it and did nothing about it, it's a non-issue for BM, the defense team, or the trial.

As always, JMO.

Interesting. Too many assumptions for me to comment tbh.

They were hired by two different accredited and approved news sources...so?

Full time or contract work? I think that matters to JG.

As always, IMO.

I know Libby's cellphone has been discussed (possibly powering on or waking up around 4am). Has that been officially disclosed in any way (like in prelim testimony) or is it just speculation at this point?

Do we know if there was any damage to the phone (like sitting in pooled blood, scratched or impacted by a knife, etc.)? I realize it likely worked ok in order for LE to pull the BG video (unless her phone automatically saved data to a cloud storage location and info was pulled from there).

Also, what were temps, precipitation, and humidity that night?

TIA.
They crossed the creek and were killed in a bloody way so the phone was subjected to a variety of liquids and damage, so MOO the phone stopping and starting is another defense non factor spun to "human hands."

SCOIN gave the MS press passes for the hearing of the motion raised by RA vs JG, this one Delphi murders suspect Richard Allen cites delays in latest effort to remove judge from case

I am merely stating facts - if only full-time Press Outlet employees can get press passes in Indiana, then the SCOIN was wrong?

All MOO

As I opined in an earlier post today, the tide is turning. It's probably an evolving policy as media/tech/journalism changes/advances.

As always, JMO.

So why won’t Gull recognise them as journalists do you think?
Because she thinks, erroneously, that they were the ones that spread the MW's leaked photos to the public, as evidenced by her email, that was used in past hearings, asking for the MS to be arrested. (TMS was sent crime photos by a member of a public and TMS immediately notified LE.) In general I believe she finds all media more of a nuisance than a boon, and she will happily strike them at the smallest provocation.

All MOO based on what I've seen.

Speaking of crossing the creek, did the State include this detail in their opening statement?

Not yet.
The clothes in the creek pretty much tell the sad story.

Agree- she quickly dealt with two sets of recognised journalists who she felt had crossed the line.

But nevertheless she has admitted other journalists and given them passes so why not MS?

Agree. MOO the defense leaked crime scene photos is the reason.

How does this affect the states case do you think?
It creates a distorted public perception and even affects the journalists and their headlines.

Perfect example----look at all the headlines the night before the trial started----the majority of the press headlines, in large major news outlets were things like " Bombshell evidence ---unknown hair found in fist of victim in Delphi....

That ^^^^ was orchestrated and manufactured by the D with the help of BM and his SM minions. The JURORS were not unaware of those headlines and false facts.

But BM and his Social Media octopus KNEW that was a hoax. They knew it was hair from Libby's sister or cousin.

So it does affect the state's case to have a false perception being amped up in the media by the D team's social media content creators. Public perception affects everything in its own way. Journalists pick a lane. Social Media picks a lane. And the majority of individuals just read bits and pieces and make up their minds too.

can someone tell me when were the bodies found and when did they start searching again in the morning?

Because the other journalists a) did not put in a motion for her to release documents to the public about a year ago (KG, the attorney, filed in the motion personally, and it was awarded against JG's earlier wishes) and b) the other journalists were not names involved in the Crime Scene Photos Leak situation that angered JG so much she kicked the D off the case.

It makes sense to me, IDK.

I think tomorrow we will hear the testimonies of the first officers who arrived at the crime scene. I think we will learn tomorrow when the bullet was found. I bet it was found in the 14. Probably we will also will learn about the clothing, shoe/shoes, footprints etc, the crime scene in general.
