Like so many, I am so interested if there was anything else on that recording….visual or audio. This is the last minutes of these young girls lives. We have waited a long time for this. Hope we actually get to hear/see this one day.

I think the video contains just the 43 seconds to be honest. However the defense's new motion does say "video(s)."

That RA confessed to others being molested and LE wanted to interview BA's friends. Mentioned in Jerry Holeman's testimony.

I'll bet that 90% of the search team that night was looking in the water assumed they had fallen in and carried somewhere down stream. Stream flow was in the OPPOSITE DIRECTION from where the girls were found.

I agree. I expect the top working theories about the girls were they were on an adventure without permission and would return home, they were runaways (family wouldn't think so but perhaps others), or they fell from that dangerous bridge. All of those situations make more sense than a man forcing them from the bridge, down a steep hill and across the cold river to kill them.

I don't think that's what they are asking. They are OK with the expert telling how the file was cleaned up and enhanced, but not the expert then saying, "and here's what I heard." Unless there are deaf jurors, they should be allowed to hear for themselves and decide what they hear.

I think it's just that most of the media and others who have not really researched this case in depth would even know that there was audio of the girls' talking. I think there was very few media reports early on about audio capturing the girl's talking "girl talk" and mentioning a man behind them. Also the video/audio of the girls' mentioning a gun was first reported by Gray Hughes who had gotten that info from a close friend or family member of Anna.
So some people are just finding out that there was audio of the girls' captured.

Does anyone know where to find a pic of the crime scene? I've looked but can't find it. I think a photo of the topography of the area would clear up some confusion about why they weren't found that night.

There's a video on youtube where a media woman walks through the whole area, explaining where everything happened. You'll have to search for it (cant post links from work) pretty sure it was something like retracing bridge guy's steps

Well,

IMO, AB is a youtuber, so my IMO is that she's looking to get "public" access to the "court records" aka transcripts (that no one has access to yet) and also evidence displays in the same manner that the "credentialed media" is being allowed to do. The daily evidence displays would now be official parts of "the court record" too. As the Youtubers are sitted and treated as "public" in this trial per Judge Gull's Order - if GRANTED, that would allow her, the other Youtubers and the 'general' non-Youtubing public to access the anteroom display post-trial each day during that 15 minute timing.

I reviewed the Holeman testimony, and whilst he does note that he believes the daughter / friends might have been interviewed, there doesn't seem to be any mention of the content of those interviews (if held).

Here's what I found, though perhaps I missed the crucial bit:

Q: And did you interview any of his family members or extensions of his family based on anything he said at the DOC?
A No, I don’t believe so.
Q I thought I recalled that maybe friends of his daughter or something like
that might have been interviewed at one point in time.
A Maybe. I know that we interviewed his daughter and his wife, but I think
that was before.
Q Okay.
A I don’t recall, it could be a possibility that we did.

My gut feeling has always been that RA is guilty, based only off the time line in the PCA. That is because in my view, if he saw the 3 juvenile girls (which appears to be mutually confirmed), IMO there is no way for him to get back off the Bridge before the woman walker BB sees the victims approaching the bridge. Especially, if BB actually saw a 2nd Bridge Guy - where was RA? And why didn't RA see BB or the 2nd Bridge Guy?

For me, RA needs to testify to explain all this.

Whether it all amounts to proof beyond reasonable doubt is to be seen of course.

But that is my hunch.
