Just wondering if anybody fancies helping and saving me a search through all the threads, please...
I'm looking if possible for an accurate statement of when RA was asked about/shown the BG photo. I've followed these threads since the start, and I've looked at all mainstream media links (I've never watched/listened to ANY of the YouTubers, podcasters, or bloggers; however, as I disagree with their existence and motives, I think they're somewhat dangerous), so I recall him stating along the lines that it couldn't be him if it was from the girls phone, that he didn't see the girls, but I cannot recall if that was it or if he outright said the photo was not him after being shown it; did he put up any sort of defence as to how it definitely wasn't him? My head is mush, and I can't fully remember. I'm also exhausted, and the thought of scrolling through things and getting myself worked up again over contents makes me quiver! Thanks in advance to anybody who can help. <3

While we wait for a verdict, figured it might be useful for some folks to review some content, from an approved YT source (Gray Hughes), illustrating why he thinks RA is bridge guy. It’s very helpful for reconstructing this facet of the case based on info contained in the PCA.

or... perhaps Dr. Wala told HIM a motive and then he repeated it back. Nothing she testified to is credible imo - she was wholly unprofessional & unethical!! I don't care what he is said to have told her knowing that she was following the case in every possible way online, and accessing records she was not meant to. Moo.
I respectfully think that statement blows things way out of perspective, MO. RA saw Dr. Wala every day and came to trust her enough that when his family members shunned him in phone calls and contact afterwards, RA confided what he wanted to say/confess, to her. She followed the case before she ever met or expected to meet RA. Saying she gave him information that he then repeated in confessions doesn't ring true at all, IMO. That just seems very inaccurate, considering she told him to stop confessing to her and get in touch with his lawyers. Can't un-ring that bell, she heard what she heard and testified under oath about it. AJMO

Totally moo, but this feels like the ultimate slap in the face to Abby, Libby, and their families. Like a little kid “ooh, MY coffee is yummy, I’m so happy I get to enjoy this wonderful drink while you’re sitting there crying over your dead kids. See, I’m not an evil man, reading my bible and smiling at my attorney. Give me head pats and tell me I’m a good boy.” It’s infuriating to me.
I think it’s difficult for some that are friends of the victims families :-( it’s hard to grasp the justice system and nothing can ever replace those lost.

Totally agree with that part.
'A sprinkling of truth within the lie.'
There's more of it in that interview in my opinion.

"Could've been my black jacket. Or maybe my blue one?"
"I was wearing tennis shoes I think. But I do own a pair of military style boots. Could've been them. Not sure if they still fitted?"
"I keep a hat in my pocket"
I am starting to think this was the very start of his confessions of sorts. He'd been telling himself for so long it wasn't him even though he knew it was.
"If the girls took that photo then it wasn't me"
Over time he'd managed to train his brain it wasn't him even when the facts were staring him in the face
Cognitive dissonance.

Wasn't Dr Wala following/interacting with Gray Hughes' channel/SM.

Moo.

Well, I guess we are giving her testimony different weight. I find it worthless, and you weight it as more useful and that is ok. We can agree to disagree. Thanks for the discussion. :)

Watching Bob's video, every guy on it could be BG! I don't know much about the demographic in Delphi and surrounds but the men seem to dress the same. Moo.

RA didn’t see these other men who dress the same as he was out there moments before the girls crossed.

Also considering RA odd body proportions and the BG video I would need proof they are all short legged and have big guts that mean the jeans hang oddly.

Yeah, it's a pity analysis wasn't done on the height of BG, I agree. Moo.

Why does RA not have a alibi for the entire time frame of the murders?

What did he do after he left the trails and that afternoon and night? I missed the defense explaining what he got up to.

At no point did the defense explain what he was up to. And nor do they have to. But it might have helped. They were too busy chasing down the odinist angle.
I think he said he went home to 'carry on' looking at stocks & shares on his phone.
But apart from the shouty interview that ended abruptly,we never really did get anymore than that I don't think.

He does have an alibi. Per RA, he was at the crime scene.

I dunno. The link I posted upthread says a sticky note was passed from Auger to a podcaster. Did not specify who.

ETA: here is a link to where I posted the media article about the incident - to save you scrolling... VERDICT WATCH - Abby & Libby - The Delphi Murders - Richard Allen Arrested - #215
Thank you for your response. Sounds like it could be Bob Motta.

From your link….
Auger later handed a blue sticky note to a podcaster, who is also an attorney, who was sitting in the general seats of the courtroom."

ETA: I guess my question would be why is the defense attorney passing a note to a podcaster?

I found this really interesting, a lot of locals were asked their thoughts by DD. 36:26 were two people from Fort Wayne which is where the jury is from. Also 40:45 he speaks with an ex CO.

I'm playing catch-up today. Is this Bob? Who is he? A local reporter? I saw a recent post mentioning "Bob's video" and I''m trying to figure out if this is it. Thank you!

Don’t know, but it’s actually not relevant to whether RA is bridge guy.

....how convenient for RA....

The defense could sure do that if they wanted hard evidence to try to refute that BG is RA, couldn’t they?

I just find it strange they never got him off the bridge at the important time in question, and he went out on to platform 1 and seemingly vanished off the face of the earth for many hours. Even his own wife couldn't give him an alibi for later that day. All quite Suss!!

Bob's an official source here, he's a defense attorney and does youtube (Defense Diaries).
