“I can’t tell you what happened,” he said. “If that picture was taken by those girls, it’s not me. I never met them."

1. The LE officer stated in the video BG was wearing the same clothes that Allen had described.

2. Really, such an outfit is common? Wonder how many on the bridge, on the trail, in the town was wearing that exact outfit? Lol!

3. He says: "“I can’t tell you what happened." Yep because that will get him arrested. So he has to keep denying it.

4. If the picture was taken by the "camera man" or trail cam or whatever "then yep it's me". BUT if picture was taken by "those girls, it’s not me. I never met them." He has no clue how stupid this sounds.

I wonder, would the lack of written reasonings with the majority of her rulings be included in the laundry list of reasons for appeal?

I would hope so?? Just because she made those rulings does not mean they are supported by law. Time will tell. Indiana appears to be a hotbed for false convictions. MOO

Nothing has convinced me that Richard Allen is the Bridge Guy, also, he did say 20-25 times he didn't do it in that initial interview or interrogation which to me is someone saying they are innocent.

I would say that EVERY convicted killer, even those who have finally confessed their guilt, started out by saying they are innocent.

Richard Allen said he kept his gun in a holster. But whoever it is in the bridge guy video from Liberty German's phone video, it looks like the outline of their gun is not in a holster.

Even though there is the van detail testimony and the phone call confessions Richard Allen made to his mother that makes it appear he is probably the killer, this is another question I wonder about. Does the outline of the gun from Liberty German's phone video of bridge guy look like it is in a holster?

Just because he owned a holster and used it at times it doesn't mean that he had his gun in a holster the day of the murders.

Maybe he found it more comfortable or accessible to put the pistol in his pocket. JMO.

Just because he said he kept it in a holster doesn't mean he had it in a holster in his pocket that day. He could have left the holster in the car because he knew he needed it ready to use. He was hunting. MO

Please forgive me, but I have neither the interest or inclination, let alone the energy, to explain myself, rehash what’s already been said a million times here or defend my beliefs regarding this tragedy that happened almost eight years ago. I’d prefer just to simply wait out the jury’s decision at this point and continue from there. Thank you.

I am praying it’s not as it would be a total miscarriage of justice for the Abby and Libby and their families.

So far, almost 30 percent of the WS members who voted in the Delphi Poll think it will be a hung jury, which is quite high in my opinion.

Serious question. Does JG actually have a choice? I mean if she sends them back and they still cannot come to a consensus, how is she able to prevent a hung jury? I have no legal knowledge but hung juries do happen. JMVHO
