Suspected killer Richard Allen has been found guilty on all four counts in the murders of Delphi teens Liberty German and Abigail Williams.

Allen was charged on two counts of murder and two counts of felony murder, which is murder committed in the act of another crime in this instance kidnapping.

It took jurors in Carroll County Courthouse less than four days to reach a unanimous verdict of guilt.
Now he faces a maximum possible sentence of 130 years in prison.

RICHARD ALLEN FOUND GUILTY​

Delphi Murders suspect Richard Allen was found guilty on all four charges after 21 days in one of the most high-profile trials in Indiana history.

Allen was found guilty on two counts of felony murder and two counts of murder for the 2017 deaths of Abigail “Abby” Williams and Liberty “Libby” German.

The verdict was announced just after 2 p.m. Monday after several hours in court throughout the morning.

News 8’s Kyla Russell says Allen will be sentenced Dec. 20. A gag order is in place until the sentencing, meaning Allen, lawyers, families, and witnesses will not be allowed to speak on the verdict. A post-verdict press conference has been canceled, per the Indiana State Police.

Richard Allen may have been involved or guilty, but imo they did not prove it beyond a reasonable doubt and I simply don’t believe it was a one man job.

Regardless prayers to all families. Sad for those little girls no matter what.

Now that guilty is a FACT the State is allowed to ask for the DP. Pretty sure, IMO & google.
