Tonight/this morning I watch an interview with Prosecutor Nick. He said it wasn't the name that cause the issue, it was "cleared" written on his file. The tip had been filed with the cleared tips.

At about 44:45 he speaks of this.

Also further into the video they talk in detail about richard allen's confessions. Very interesting. Confessions went on for over a year. Speculated that killer richard allen may not have gone to trial had his family accepted his confessions.

Yes.

Kindly, I may have worded my response poorly - I wasn’t implying the wrong name was the reason the tip went so long without being discovered, as I mentioned it had also been marked as cleared just after mentioning the moniker. I was pointing out those 2 examples as LE’s disorganization over the first few years of their investigation, which we all know resulted in the delay of identifying RA as even a POI.

While I have no basis to dispute NM’s account of the matter, it still doesn’t explain how either of those 2 separate mistakes occurred or if the wrong name resulted in the tip being marked cleared.

Thankfully it’s not a huge deal today, as the coward is enjoying his sporks in Pendleton.

I don't see KA sticking around after his appeals fail. Maybe she'll do a media tour like the LISK's wife?

Or perhaps she'll divorce his sorry backside, move and live out in obscurity somewhere, which is what I would do.

Hard to say. Both seem quite stubborn & easily manipulated into denial. Probably codependent in that regard - she believes his lies & tolerates his screw ups. She’ll be getting a good taste of self support much sooner than she thinks as the cost of living won’t be getting cheaper anytime soon.

Wonder what her new neighbors think of her? <modsnip>
