Respectfully, does Auger want another Limited appearance approval? She had that for the trial, B&R were Defense of Record and Baldwin already filed the MTCE. RA was assigned new Appellate Attorneys, so what would JA's role be? Helping to rewrite the massive, rambling, footnoted to death MTCE by Baldwin?

Is CWeinke also going to join the Appellate Process or just help by posting on X? Ausbrook and Hennessy??? Hey, it's a party. Seriously though, has anyone heard anything from Hennessy? He seems to have disappeared from this case.

Color me confused. <shrug>

I wonder if DH will ever give transparency on what he spent the fans money on from his fundraiser?

I think what makes the Delphi case so strange is that the person arrested and convicted does not do what you would normally expect. The killer throws the girls' clothes into the creek, but not Liberty German's cell phone after moving the bodies and placing sticks. Did the killer have a hearing problem?

The jury saw all the evidence we did not get to see and found Richard Allen guilty so they must believe it beyond a reasonable doubt.

Or a terrified girl lost her balance crossing the creek and dropped her clothing.

Honestly, if you're a double child murderer you aren't acting normally to begin with. Who can ever guess what and how the mind of any killer works? We will never know the full truth of what happened that day.

I have learned to accept some things might be better left unknown. :(

I've just seen what is supposedly the bridge guy video. I've not watched it with sound yet and not shared as i cant verify its originality. I'm not sure if its real or not but if it is... he was right behind them. Even in silence it is terrifying.
its absolutely terrifying and hurtful to watch. I have never in my life heard a voice so cold and devoid of humanity. you can hear the kids talking as well and the difference is palpable, its extremely hurtful to hear them talk to him even just to say "hi" and then that voice speaks. Has it been posted already?

That's apparently one of the 3? versions.
There is a 43 second one in which you can barely hear him talking.
I'm not surprised, the one released all that time ago doesn't sound a thing like that one which has crystal clear audio. In fact I don't think the original one would have given a very clear example of what bridge guy sounded like, its so much gruffer whereas that one isn't and the original does not convey the coldness either imo. would be easy to think the original belonged to a homeless person whereas the one just released sounds much clearer.

Trigger Warning: Some viewers may find the linked video distressing.

The below link is to the full 43 second "Bridge Guy" video.

Volume is recorded low; my earbuds worked better than my headset.

I've reached out to the mods to confirm this source for the video as being acceptable.

Seems that now the Appeal is moving, evidence from the trial is starting to trickle to the public domain.

It's my understanding that the defense released the full footage of Abby's & Libby's last moments on earth. What idiots they're to release this video, theres no reason to release it. jmo. This defense team doesnt know how to show grace, respect, or empathy for the girls' families. My thoughts, jmo. 😞

At about 7 seconds in, I see Abby stop and whisper "he has a gun." Then I hear an audible gasp from Libby.

A lot of people don't hear what I'm hearing though.
I hear a whisper of something inaudible and a laugh from the person holding the phone. maybe a sentence beginning with "is he". jmo
