Assault on south side, clothes removed, hears/sees the van, panics, allows one to redress in the others clothes & throws the rest in the creek as they cross. Likely the only thing which occurred on the north side was the taking of lives & attempt to conceal the girls. Is that what you’re more or less thinking?

I always thought everything happened on the north side ot the creek. The phone stopped moving approximately 15 minutes from the BG video. Dosesn't leave much time to even undress and make it to the north side, in my opinion. I do think that by the time they were close to the creek, the white van may have traveled by. It more than likely spooked him, but I believe he forced them across anyways. We know he racked his gun to get them to comply. Once on the bridge to get them down the hill and probably to undress. I believe anything he physically touched had ended up in the creek tossed in by him. He seemed comfortable about there being no DNA while in the interrogation room.

RA says his motive was to rape them, but I don't think he wanted to make physical contact. For some reason that seems believeable and acceptable to him. The real reason, he fears, would make others view him as reprehensible to his family and people in the community. I keep going back to the searches on his phone. Seems he was looking up dark movies, torture and hostage situations, etc. Seems he wanted to play out some twisted fantasy. He is dangerous to society, and I hope the appeals are all denied. I found her replies really strange when he was trying to confess to her on the phone. She says, "they're messing with you or your meds" (paraphrasing)... But if that was what she thought, she should have been asking him things like, have they changed your meds recently, and has someone come to talk to you or pulled you out of your cell to go meet anyone, and have those policemen been to see you, what did they say to you, what does the therapist tell you when you talk to her, do you still get to see the therapist, etc etc...

If she really thought he was confessing because "they were messing with him", she should be wanting to find out if "they" had any opportunity to mess with him or if there'd been any changes to his meds or if people had been talking to him ("brainwashing" him). Maybe that sneaky therapist used hypnosis on him to make him say these things! Surely his wife would want to dig deeper and find out everything she could about what they might be doing to him there in that jail to make him say these awful things!

But she doesn't ask for any more info. She doesn't really think that, IMO. She just wants to change the subject ASAP.

Slight variation. I think KA alerted the attorneys who probably called RA and told him to STOP TALKING about the crime, to anyone, and then THEY cut off communication. Didn't want him confessing. Not to them, not to KA, not to JA, not to anyone.

But IMO underestimated how UNHINGED RA was and how would decompensate, cut off from KA. Decades of dysfunctional codependency IMO.

Ra's motive for confessing -- it never about the girls, never about their families, never about redemption. He could have delineated a confession, all spelled out, and did behind it. He knew what he did and he knew what LE had on him. He was willing to confess IF KA would still love him, he said. Subtext: don't divorce me, don't find another man, don't abandon me.

And when they cut him off, he went berserk showing how volatile he is, he was using everything in his power to demonstrate anger, "grief" -- all manipulation to get KA to feel bad and start taking his calls again. Grand Mal temper tantrum.

Weird dynamic in this marriage. RA is accused of double murders with evidence against him, and yet it's KA who is apologizing???? Seriously. And this IMO is went RA was escalating his behavior in custody -- to make KA come back (on the phone) and apologize. Apologize for making him behave badly. Crazy town but I think only the scale was different; RA had been playing emotional tug of war with KA for decades. "I'll kill myself." "No, don't kill yourself. " "Do you love me? I think you don't love me so I probably have to kill myself." "I love you, I'm sorry I made you feel that I don't, please forgive me." "OK, I won't kill myself." Lather, rinse, repeat.

And no remorse for the girls he scared, terrorized, SAed (forcing them to undress is SA, he was alone with them and forced them across a creek which easily could have washed away DNA proof of additional SA) and then slaughtered, each girl witnessing the assaults on the other.

It could be either way, really. What you quoted was a question to @Boxer rather than my own feelings/intuition as to the order of things & where they occurred. IIRC, RA himself told Dr. Wala he had planned to assault them DTH but was frightened by a van, which is what resulted in him forcing them across the creek & ultimately taking their lives. He may have touched the clothing & thrown them in the creek while crossing, while allowing the other to wear the clothes he hadn’t touched. While it wasn’t a long trip back to the creek from the crime scene, if he was concerned about the van, would he risk going back & potentially being seen at that point? Only that sick, little man can clear all that up but after watching him at work in the 2 interviews, who is going to believe that liar other than his more than gullible wife?

Yeah, during the interview with Holeman she wasn’t nearly as legally educated nor calculated as she was when he was calling from jail/prison. During the interview, he’s the one who brought up attorneys but it was for her - the brave little lying coward was going to handle big bad Holeman himself. She was just doing what she was told, almost as if it had been rehearsed or discussed how to respond.

It was an about face 180° change once the recorded calls were made & highly likely confidence gained after speaking with the lying clowns, who’d probably given her reassurances & false hope that they’d get him off the hook somehow.

2:32 cellphone stops moving, quite likely AW stopped moving.

Some minutes before 2:32, there was movement, presumably across the river.

Between 2:14 and let's say 2:28 +/-, RA had full control of two little girls. Because HE HAD A GUN.

He forced them to undress. That doesn't take long if there's a gun pointed at you. Or at your best friend.

2:16, 2:17...

2:18-2:28... ten minutes.

WHAT DID HE DO TO THEM during that gap? That is a looooooooong time with an angry, rape-oriented man, who has a gun.

We don't know what he DID do, what he made them do, see, touch. He forced them across the creek, presumably with bare feet. We don't know what secrets the creek keeps, but he was out there that day for sexual/power purposes and he had a full ten central minutes with them that aren't accounted for -- it's naive to think nothing happened. It's painful to accept that something awful did.

Ten minutes is forever.

The ten minutes he has kept to himself.

No good person...

No kidding.

If one should scroll through the exihibts, one will see that RA streamed the Investigator's "Update" Press Conference ...

And keep scrolling to see the ehibits where BW's Work Records that were entered into evidence at trial. Note the date on the bottom of the print of his work records (report viewed and printed on 2/20/2017 - so February 20th 2017). These were part of disclosure. This report clearly shows BW checking into work at 5:41:44 am on 13th February and checking OUT of work at 2:02:32 PM on 13th February 2017.

The Defence knew this. The Defence still chose to attempt to call BW a liar on the stand and made a huge production number out of slapping down that subpoena onto him in front of the jury as he testified. No wonder they didn't recall him to the stand after dong that and calling him a liar. They knew he wasn't lying and had the evidence of that the entire time. Looking at the other timings for his work week, this seemed to be quite routine timings for him. Nothing 'off', nothing out of character. No cover up by anyone. No vast conspiracy. No lies ---- except from the Defence. How absolutely disgusting of them.

This just reconfirms for me that there needs to be, must be, an ethics investigation into this crew of their violations. Unreal.

Oh and those extractor markings lining up on the two rounds (one from his home and one found at the murder scene) ...

RA is exactly where he needs, and deserves, to be. May he sit there and rot for the remainder of his miserable life.

30 pages I'm, these are unsealed orders, showing that the judge authorized payments where requested and supported. Denied when unsupported, unnecessary, etc.

Quite different than what the defense claimed at the time.

Gross misrepresentations by the defense who claimed they weren't being paid, weren't, weren't given money for their experts. When they were the ones not submitting proper documentation.

As long suspected.

thank you! Every time I scoffed at the idea of him looking at fish from the MHB someone would come along explain to me all the ways in which I was wrong. As if I don't have eyes. As if I didn't grow up fishing, sometimes from a height similar to the MHB. Thankful you get it.
