The jacket is different, it's just representative of the type of jackets he wears. The original would be long gone and the similar replacement installed long ago in 2017.It probably is him. The jury made their decision. Even with the alternative theory of my scenario 2 in a previous post, it is very difficult as the timing is very limited in order for it to work.
Maybe it is what I am seeing in the photo of bridge guy that makes me wonder despite all the circumstantial evidence and factual evidence against RA. But the person in the bridge guy photo looks to me to be wearing a different type of jacket with snaps instead of a zipper. He looks to be left-handed based on a possible watch on his right wrist.
I know I would have liked Richard Allen to be captured on surveillance tape driving around in his car after 3:30 pm on February 13, 2017. Even though it is still circumstantial that would have made me sure that he did not go home to watch the stock market like he said he did in his interrogation.
I can tell you that I correctly identified the model of pistol in the BG photos long before it was made public. I also had maybe three types of employment I thought BG had. My main one was retail supervisor. Obviously I feel very certain he is the man on the bridge, and I am very happy jury found beyond a reasonable doubt he was the killer.
You express probably he is which is at least the standard that the family could successfully sue RA in civil court.
