I’m really looking forward to seeing if these are coherent and corroborating confessions or haldol fueled gibberish.

I think the earlier “anxiety” poster is correct. He wanted to rewind a bit, clean it up. Hence redress who he could. The sticks are shame.

Sorry if this sounds dumb, but he could've hurriedly placed sticks over the girls to camouflage them from the search party, airplanes overhead, or drones that could be out searching for them.

@AugustWest,

In the link you posted from the DNR website & quoted from the first paragraph of stated link, what does it say just below the first 3 images regarding distribution & abundance of feral hogs in IN?

I see the following:

"Distribution and Abundance

There is no established population of wild hogs in Indiana. The home territory of a wild hog is around 10 square miles."

Did you have a different government source by chance stating otherwise?

Separately & nothing to do with the above,

I’ve lived in IN my entire life & neither I, my immediate family nor any of my close friends own clothing similar to BG. To state that said clothing is typical IN guy wear is no different than claiming a bullet found under corpses may belong to the killer IMO.

Anyone shooting a gun within .25 miles of a public walking trail along with county roads N & S nearby that area is an irresponsible gun owner, IMO & might even be breaking the law. Just because deer or other game are present in an area doesn’t mean you’re allowed by law to fire a gun in that area or legally hunt or shoot a gun on private property.

Simple way to find out if gunfire is typical in that area would be to call to testify people who frequent the trails if they’ve ever heard gunfire while walking. If not, then probably safe to assume guns being used in the area is not a common occurrence.

Except, RA has worked in retail for decades. So he is very handy with a boxcutter, Plus, boxcutters come in various blade sizes and shapes. Some are longer and even hooked.

Maybe his fantasies often occurred while he was at work, where he was using his boxcutter?
I stand corrected! Thank you. And a good point. I'm limited to box cutters and exacto knives.

To use a box cutter rather than a knife is my take on that. The ones I've used have very short blades. Moo

Box cutters/utility knives can come with various sizes and types of blades. Even serrated ones.

I didn't check it too closely, just looked it up quickly out of curiosity. I'll defer to your knowledge as an Indiana resident.

Prosecution plays video of 'Bridge Guy' following Abby and Libby

The prosecution played for jurors a portion of the infamous "Bridge Guy" video that was extracted from Libby's phone.

The 25-second clip showed Abby walking toward the end of the Monon High Bridge, while Libby, who crossed ahead of her, was filming. Walking behind Abby in the background is the man who became known as the "Bridge Guy," dressed in a blue coat and blue jeans.

Tuesday's showing was the first time prosecutors revealed a portion of the video that shows the man ― who they alleged is Allen ― following the girls. Law enforcement previously released a zoomed-in clip from the video that did not show Abby.

This gives me such a pit in my stomach. I am curious if this portion is before he spoke to them. Sounds like from what was stated by other news reports they were talking about there not being a path at the end of the bridge.. perhaps they realized he was coming and they don't see anywhere to go to avoid him. If that wa the first 25 seconds, I think we know what was on the last 20 or so seconds. :(

I recall early on LE saying the video was the things nightmares are made of. I feel like that 25 seconds was the last moments of their life before it was pure and total terror. How heartbreaking it was recorded, but at the same time thank God it was recorded. :(

It isn’t serrated.

Or maybe like someone was saying yesterday the blade got deformed while he was brutally stabbing them, and it only appears to be a different type of wound/blade. Again, given the defense track record of misleading statements, I'll wait for the medical examiner or coroner testimony.

There will probably be another witness that goes into this video more. Has the judge ruled yet on the video enhancements?

Bunner’s testimony concentrated mostly on the technical aspects of extracting video from the phone. He also showed several photos from the phone.

"A clip played in the courtroom Tuesday showed about 35 to 40 seconds of video captured from Libby’s iPhone. It was not the entire clip."

I've seen this in several reporter's accounts.

EDITED after some public comments were deleted

Important to note this and keep saying it out loud because social media keeps going on about how it WAS the whole video. Since it didn't play the part with "guys, down the hill" there are people now running with that and speculating that it means the voice sample was fake and added in order to frame RA. *sigh*

They took quite a few knives from the search at RA’s house, don’t know what kind, but some were sheathed.

As far as the serrated and not serrated and possible 2 knives used….there are knives like some Bowie knives that have one side serrated and one side smooth, so it’s possible only one knife could be used.

THIS! totally agree. So far, I've only heard this two blade thing from DT. I will wait to hear it from the ME or someone under oath.

"The 25-second clip showed Abby walking toward the end of the Monon High Bridge, which the teens traversed the day they disappeared. Libby, who crossed ahead of Abby, was recording with her phone. One of the girls was heard saying: "There's no path so we have to go down here."

So it seems like video shown is the BG walking clip we have seen before, but this time showing Abby and not zoomed in on BG ...he's following her in the background. I don't think he has spoken to them yet. I think the girls are getting nervous and don't want to pass him. Something doesn't feel right and they are contemplating how to get away.

seriously? wow. every time I think I've seen the most outrageous behavior. Bam along comes another example.

I personally think he did it but sadly this cartridge to anyone seasoned with guns from a rural area, is a nothingburger. A loose cartridge in a common caliber common brand, most common 40 caliber handgun in America. You didn’t photograph the tip and whole cartridge. No evidence marker. There’s better evidence in this case. I hope they drop it.
Funny thing about that bullet....we still don't know the manufacturer, hollow point vs full metal jacket, grain...165 vs. 180.

If state shows that bullet to be identical to or from a lot of bullets retrieved from RA's home, or purchased by RA, that'd be tough for defense.

Time will tell.

Also, if one looks over the list of items retrieved from RA's home in the linky provided here, there exists lots of possibility for evidence introduction in the upcoming days/weeks.

I wonder what RA's wife &/or mom thought of seeing this longer clip played today. Do they recognize him, his gait, etc.?

MOO.

Is BM the DA? If so what gives his wife the right to do that? Or is that just the world we live in now? Spread false information to get what you want!

These girls! I am just i dont even know them or their families but to think about what they have gone through is just totally heartbreaking.

Can you imagine just being a teen girl with your friend? Walk past a guy sitting on a bench, all of a sudden now he's followed you across the bridge which would weird me out, like he's sitting on a bench supposedly looking at stocks on his phone, but now he's followed you to a dead end and you're trapped and he has a gun.

(At least I think that's what I read maybe in the PCA that he was on a bench looking at stocks and then went to look at the fish. I could be wrong. Moo)
