Exactly. All this ghastly footage shows is that he is capable of grotesque things.I think it's now been confirmed that RA can do some unthinkable things.

But oddly, no such reactions by these same people reported when photos of 2 teens laying in the middle of some woods covered in blood, one naked & both with their throats cut open. Coincidence, irony or just blatant overacting similar to slapping a subpoena on the stand after a witness has given unexpected responses? She wasn't the only one. It is reported that even prosecutor NM had reactions.
Snipped from article:
"The tenth video was about an hour long. This one had an impact on McLeland, according to the pool notes, who appeared “taken aback” and was “cringing” at what he was seeing. Auger stood behind him, arms crossed and mouth open “staring in horror.”
That is doable. No question, this is in respone tonthe idea that a perpetrator killed Libby elsewhere and brought her dead body from a vehicle to the crime scene.RA only had to drag Libby by the arm 6-7 feet near the tree to her final resting spot. Yes, that is doable friend. MOO
This jury for Libby & Abby seems to be engaged and asking great questions so I am not concerned about this one off appeal that you quoted.Disagree and have seen convictions overturned on appeal due to not enough evidence to convict so what did the jury convict on? Emotions!
For example...

Woman Convicted in Baby Daughter's Death Cleared of All Charges
A woman convicted in connection with the murder of her infant daughter will soon be released from prison after the remaining charge against her was dismissed.www.rockdalenewtoncitizen.com
BBMI know the onus is on the state and that the Murder Sheet Podcast isn't particularly popular here, but I like what they said in their most recent episode:
"I want the defense to present something about Richard Allen and/or February 13th [...] they'e not rebutted anything about his activities that day".

That's why I wrote moo.Sadly, the leaked search warrant regarding RL specifically stated that the girls had no visible signs of a struggle or a fight.
I do not think RA would protect KK if KK were involved. No way.CSAM offenders usually empathize with one another’s desires & so don’t wish to ruin it for the everyone else involved by snitching on one another. KK probably could have gotten his sentence reduced dramatically had he pointed fingers.
The other reason is self preservation. If they end up being guilty & actually serve time, the inmates aren’t likely to make their stay very enjoyable. Child murderers & molesters aren’t high on inmate’s lists of toleration.

I am not sure why defense needs to remove him from the bridge. He said he walked to the first platform then turned around. It’s possible that there is enough reasonable doubt that he walked the distance to the end where the girls were and there could be reasonable doubt in that someone approached the girls end of the bridge I think but tough to guess what a jury might be thinking.BBM
Exactly
The have not been able to remove RA from the bridge on FEB 13, 2017
And they like to double-down hard if it's questioned.People just love a good conspiracy.
I think it is more likely going to be a mistrial. We'll see.I responded to the topic of decisions based on emotions and the worry of appeal, as asserted a few posts upthread.

Interesting response! Why do you think that?I think it is more likely going to be a mistrial. We'll see.
He's a lil' guy. No way he cares for anyone other than himself. JMOI do not think RA would protect KK if KK were involved. No way.
My opinion.

RSBM,MOO dragging a 200 lb body would leave lot evidence (from the cemetery?)
That’s fair. I have no problem with your thoughts at all. Just passing along observations. It’s all good.I do not think RA would protect KK if KK were involved. No way.
My opinion.

Exactly.RSBM,
Thanks Boxer. That's actually the CAF (Canadian Armed Forces) minimum standard that is also an annual requirement for all members (Army, Navy and Air Force) of the CAF. The Army also has it's test.
5 X 20kg sandbags = 100kg = 220.462 pounds total
Adding weapon, webbing and 5 X loaded mags to the drag brings it up to 200lb.
1 is carried in front of the chest with 4 dragged across the ground (outside). If done inside on a non-frictional floor surface of less than 33.6kg, another bag is added to make 6. I hated the drag, I preferred to carry; much easier on the back. Glad to be retired this year!
Needless, no one, not even RA/BG carried those girls down the hill from the cemetary. He took them across the river after being interrupted by the white van and he heinously murdered them. Just as he confessed to. He then moved Libby closer to, and behind, the tree laying alongside the river so that she would be less visible to anyone on the other side of the river who was just giving a glance over. RA would have had zero issues doing this IMO. It just so happened that Abby's body was already obscured by that tree so he left her where he killed her.
IMO, note the creek to the far right of this diagram that was produced by one of the trial watchers. RA simply wanted the girls hidden behind that fallen tree that runs parallel to the river IMO.
I moo, there won't be a mistrial.I think it is more likely going to be a mistrial. We'll see.
But BG is on video following the girls. No one else is seen on that video. Then he says 'Guys down the Hill.' I don't think there is a likelihood that someone else, suddenly popped up, and was not on the video.I am not sure why defense needs to remove him from the bridge. He said he walked to the first platform then turned around. It’s possible that there is enough reasonable doubt that he walked the distance to the end where the girls were and there could be reasonable doubt in that someone approached the girls end of the bridge I think but tough to guess what a jury might be thinking.
Was a study done to determine the distance BG was from the girls when the video was taken? How long it takes for a person to walk the length of the bridge? A time stamp when the voice was recorded? For the people who believe bridge guy is the murderer, could I just ask what you think beyond a reasonable doubt makes bridge guy the murderer? We see bridge guy in the video, it could be and I think it is RA, what after that proves he was the murderer?
