Don't think that is it as too far - just checked it out.

This is a little red bridge that isn't or wasn't too far from the Freedom bridge, I believe.

Thanks for responding!

The Delphi Historic Trail system is 10 miles long. I think I recall photos of a little red bridge along another section of the trail. Might be my tired head imagining things tho.

I think the Prosecution did get a three run Homerun though, with the audio tapes of his confessions to his mother and his wife.

I believe the jurors heard him in his own words, in his own voice, under no duress, speaking to the 2 people he loves the most, and sincerely confessing his worst sins. He bared his soul to them.

On top of that, his voice was then compared to the voice of BG, and they sound like a perfect match, according to many who were in court.

So after hearing those confessions, I think the jury will be more likely to accept the confession that Dr Wala testified to. That confession was bolstered by the info of BW's white van actually being right there on the gravel road and interrupting his sick crime. Just like he reportedly described it to his therapist.

She was absolutely unprofessional and deserves to be fired---but you don't have to pour the baby out with the bathwater. IMO
I think the Prosecution may have gotten a grand slam with the DT playing RA acting out videos too. Until then he was just calm, cool and collected Ricky the family man, helpful CVS guy sitting there with his glasses perched on his head. Now they see the real demon inside. And the searches helped to hone that perspective quite nicely. AJMO

No, not standard behaviour at all. Obviously he was in dire conditions.

But it is interesting the way he reacted. Acting out sexually like that is not a good look because it shows that when he is really stressed he acts out in aggressive sexual ways . The jury might be taking note of that, imo.

To me, the cuffs and black hood could mean that he was aggressive towards others, perhaps biting or spitting, which prompts the guards to use the hoods. IMO
The hood is in fact called a spit hood.

I am not a defense attorney, but my husband is.

We don’t really know the content of the whole conversation or whether that confession to Wala was stated in a coherent and logical manner. This is not one of the recorded “confessions.” All we have is Wala’s retelling, and I find her to be unreliable because of her stake in the case and the way she testified (waffling on whether RA was severely impaired or only faking it for some unspecified secondary gain).
Thank you.

Sometimes a retelling by one witness is all it takes. We have differing opinions & that’s not a problem. I am aware it is testimony. If she were that enamored with her situation, I really wouldn’t see the need for her to lie under oath or imply RA shouldn’t be telling her things without informing his attorneys. We can agree to disagree. Hearing and/or reading the entire testimony might make a big difference as well. Besides, it’s not just this - it’s the entire scope of coincidences piled up, not just this one thing, for me anyway.

Sharing this prior post of mine for those who may have missed it.
From your own post, do you not see the inconsistencies of descriptions and relative times different witnesses allegedly saw BG? The car backed in does not seem to be RA’s vehicle. One witness described it as a purple PT cruiser; another witness described it as vintage model Mercury(I think) and the camera guy described it as a 90’s movie type vehicle and says it was there early in the morning and later in the afternoon.

Also, why did SC change her description of the man’s clothes from “muddy” to muddy and bloody”? That came out during x-exam.

Also, I thought Betsy Blair initially described seeing only 3 girls on or near the Freedom Bridge.

If RA was there from approx 12:00 pm - 2:00 ish, like he later claimed, that could explain why none of the eyewitnesses give a physical description that matches RA.

Just tossing around some ideas and JMO

The phone is still bugging me.

If they had his MEID from the first interview and they had a tower dump, was it listed in that dump?

Followup: Aside from the tower dump, can they determine when it was last used?

I feel like those two pieces of information might still explain a lot, and I'm a bit surprised that it hasn't played more of a role at trial.

That is the part I just do not understand (dragging her body to be parallel with Abby's). For what purpose? There had to be a purpose in the killer(s) mind(s). Otherwise, why not just leave her where she dropped to the ground? Why not drag Abby, who would have been easier to drag, over by Libby? Just why not leave them where they died?! I can't wrap my head around their reasoning.
I suppose that is where LE got the idea about the Odinist theory in the beginning. IMO

Question: Are there reports or stats about that?

As in most falsely accused/imprisoned people set about trying to clear their names through such behaviour.

Would like to see the statistics or reports as it most definitely is something that should be considered in regards to this case.

JMO MOO JMT
I mean most falsely accused people set about clearing their name in normal ways.
Getting a journalist involved talking to lawyers. Talking to family- asserting innocence.

MOO RA is was having deflection tantrums.

Judges are paid by the state, in the courts of that state, and are part of the judiciary branch of that state. How is that not a state actor?

State Actor Definition | Law Insider

I'm not sure what your quote of our Model Rules of Professional Conduct is for. That is simply the standard judges should hold themselves to.
Judges are paid by the public. Those are standards expected of a judge, to be unbiased and fair to all represented in their courtroom, within and by the law. They're not just an actor of the State. That was my point. If you still disagree with me, that's fine. AJMO

It’s infuriating and inexplicable. It appears that it was not in the tower dump, as we’ve heard his phone doesn’t appear on the trail around the time of the murders, despite him saying he was using it to check stocks.

One would think they’d be able to contact his phone provider and find out exactly when that change occurred.

I’m still not 100% sure it’s an absolute proven fact that bridge guy is RA, I think he is, but outside of Harshman being allowed to state it was his voice which MOO shouldn’t have been allowed to be said like that we can’t 100% prove it based off of witness testimony that potentially at least two other males were in the area at the time, you believe without a doubt that RA is bridge guy and, outside any DNA or other physical evidence besides his confessions he was also the killer?

MOO not trying to judge anyone here
IMO, Judge Gull has made some surprising rulings in this case.

Sure no problem!

Paint Creek?

I think this might be it, but can't map it out. Every time I try - Freedom bridge comes up for some reason.

Question: Is the bridge still there or are both bridges right next to one another or something?

If you don't know, you don't have to answer.

But I think this is it so thank you!

His voice matched the other videos of him speaking.
An unusually high-pitched tone for a dude.
Imo.
That’s an opinion by those who testified though, not factually proven via some actual forensic analysis right? If there was testimony about the voice being somehow actually proven to be his, I’ve missed it and would appreciate a link pls? Otherwise; it’s just the opinion of the witness on the stand or perhaps those in the courtroom. Not moo - asking for verification that his voice has been a proven match. Ty.
