The probable cause affidavit for RA’s arrest and the search of his home. The State has corrected some of the times listed in the affidavit as well as some of the substance.

Judges are paid by the public. Those are standards expected of a judge, to be unbiased and fair to all represented in their courtroom, within and by the law. They're not just an actor of the State. That was my point. If you still disagree with me, that's fine. AJMO

Question: Is the bridge still there or are both bridges right next to one another or something?

I am not a defense attorney, but my husband is.

We don’t really know the content of the whole conversation or whether that confession to Wala was stated in a coherent and logical manner.

The problem for the D is, imo, that RA spoke to his mother and wife in a very coherent and logical manner. So I don't see why I would doubt his ability to do so with his therapist.

Why haven't The D called out the details in Wala's version of the confession as false? Or have they? Hard to keep track these days.

This is not one of the recorded “confessions.” All we have is Wala’s retelling, and I find her to be unreliable because of her stake in the case and the way she testified (waffling on whether RA was severely impaired or only faking it for some unspecified secondary gain).

I don't have full faith in her either, as she was very unprofessional and erratic. But I don't think she was lying about the confession. IMO

I believe the jury was played both the original unedited version & the cleaned up versions of the video. A person giving testimony as to what they believe they hear (or see or think or smell) is in no way instructing the jury. Not everything presented as evidence is an undeniable fact. That’s Hollywood court fiction.

The D filed a motion before the video from Lg’s phone was played to prevent witnesses opining about what the audio said. I don’t know if JG had ruled on it before it was played or not does anyone know? This isn’t moo it’s a question.

I honestly don’t know. It would be a bit of a surprise to me if JG was caught with her britches down on something like this, but you never know…doubtful but I’m not one that digs into matters as such. I trust everyone to do their jobs. If she didn’t, I’d have expected an uproar from the defense (and their mouthpieces).

Yes and the public includes RA. The judge works for all in the case...within and by the law. An all encompassing job. That was my point of contention. The people may be prosecuting RA within the judge's courtroom but the judge is also looking after his interests. She has no bias. MO

Sadly, the leaked search warrant regarding RL specifically stated that the girls had no visible signs of a struggle or a fight.

Dr. Wala corroborated what RA had already said himself, to his family and many others.

He killed Abigal Williams and Liberty German.

Was the entire video played for the jury? Was BG’s voice determined to be RA’s?

Only via opinions of some witnesses on the stand as far as I know - not proven with any sort of forensics or software that I’m aware of. Moo. In three words on the video I don’t think any meaningful comparison can be made. Mooo

She's already testified to the van under oath being from RA's confession. Maybe they'll just play one of these supposed years' old videos or show an R-thread from years ago to prove it was public domain info about a "white van" if she denies it to impeach her?? I see a video from 2 years ago talking about a white van parked up by the transfer station during the helicopter footage (14 Feb), but certainly not driving up that private driveway on 13 Feb 2017.

I do wonder if one of the D-Team surrogate youtubers/DoD R-posters ever brought it up before RA actually confessed to it; then the D-Team can explain how info managed to get leaked once again despite the gag order. IMO.

IMO - not holding my breath to see the D-Team pull up any of that SM as "proof" ...

Well she's an elected official, and up for re-election in 2 years.

I'm not sure I can say with a straight face that the rulings have been fair thus far, considering the history between Judge and DT.

Interestingly Gull was a proponent of the pilot program for televising trials.

I think they were shown the treatment he endured at the prison.

Per LL multiple jurors were wiping away tears whilst watching.

IIRC The vehicle by the transfer station was a box truck.
