Thank you! So hard to keep track of what has been said in court and what is rumours etc. I guess you could argue that he may have just seen the van and made a run for it/moved the girls away quickly before spotting the trailer. But it definitely could add a pause to the van confession

Imo
I think it depends on the size and height of the trailer and RA's vantage point if he would see that the van was hauling a trailer or not. but BW appears to have testified that he dropped the trailer off earlier in the day and I cannot find anything to support that BW claimed to ONLY drive the van when hauling said trailer as another member has suggested.

Well, if you go by the defense’s questions/statements on day 11, BW dropped off the trailer earlier in the day. So it makes sense he took the van. Now the defense seems to be challenging their own assertions?

Bizarro.

The defense was trying to tell BW he dropped off the trailer earlier in the day on day 11… lol.

Upon cross-examination, things got heated between Weber and defense attorney Andrew Baldwin:
Baldwin: "You didn’t drive straight home from work on Feb. 13."
Weber: "That’s not correct."
Baldwin: "You told law enforcement on Feb. 17 or Feb. 18 you went and worked on your ATM machines."
Weber: "I said I dropped off a trailer."
Baldwin: "That was earlier in the day. You went and worked on your ATM machines."
Weber: "(Starts yelling) That’s not correct! No!"

Well it sounds like he did at least drop off a trailer after work. Otherwise he wouldn’t have been driving his van?

There’s some missing info IMO

I can't remember but found this - not sure if it is an approved source

"Miller testified how Allen said he molested his sister and may even touched his daughter."

He also said something about a Kevin and a Chris.

About Kevin and Chris

D-team Shut that down quickly in court when Prosecutor asked if she remembers or knows "Chris"

Hmmmm

The defense asking if his wife or daughter will lie for him and them stating “no”. Are they meant to admit they would on the stand?

With all RA’s mental and Alcohol problems are we meant to believe that his wife never covered for him in the past which would have involved lying? I call BS!!

Why? If he dropped off a trailer earlier in the day, it would make perfect sense that he was still driving the van. Otherwise he would have had to go back to his house and grab another vehicle for no real reason?

I'm surprised RA didn't have a reaction to his daughter saying she didn't love him. You would think that would have stung, but it does seem that ever since his arrest, he only worried about what his mom and wife thought. I thought it was weird that he never mentioned worrying about his daughter still loving him. MOO
And now we know

She (his daughter) Does NOT love him.

I agree and it was addressed in the 2019 PC. "Remember, he is walking on the former railroad bridge. Because of the deteriorated condition of the bridge, the suspect is not walking naturally due to the spacing between the ties."
p

I don't get why they had Weber back again. Isn't his testimony exactly the same as before?
To try to impeach him.
