That’s a false dichotomy. Baldwin literally told the man he said he dropped the trailer off earlier in the day.Right. So either he went straight home and didn’t drop off a trailer on the way - in which case he would be driving his Subaru and not the van. That completely undermines the state’s theory of RA being interrupted by Webbers van.
OR
He did drop a trailer off with his van and didn’t drive straight home. This would have added time to his drive home and would screw up the timeline.
He seems to confirm that he told police in 2017 that he dropped off a trailer on the way home, but today he claimed he drive straight home from work.
