The phone company may not have data now, but that data should have been obtained by the state at the time of investigation

The state isn't allowed to get the whole county's phone records every time a crime happens.

I don’t think there’s been any evidence about the geofence because the judge excluded it.

Nothing in her order says anything about excluding the phone records of specific relavant witnesses or the defendant.

I agree the geofence map in particular was excluded after the defence tried to create a conspiracy around it ...

First of all, the bridge is not the crime scene.

You are claiming that RA had information that only the killer would know. What information are you talking about?

It is absolutely a part of the crime scene.

It's where Abby and Libby were kidnapped.

She did not. That is complete misinformation from the pro-Defense YouTubers and social media people.

Are you sure about that?

In a court ruling Wednesday, Special Judge Fran Gull granted Carroll County Prosecutor Nick McLeland’s Motion in Limine.

That motion requested the prohibition of several topics in opening statements, presentation of evidence, or closing arguments including theories of Odinism, third-party suspects, cell phone tracking/geofencing data, previous investigations by Todd Click of Rushville Police, references to bad acts of any witnesses that plan to testify, references to PowerPoints provided by the State involving investigations into previous potential suspects, and more.

Except for tightly woven time frame constructed by the prosecution and Libby’s photo, video and snap chats with other hikers, that pesky bullet at the site of the murders that belongs to RA’s gun, and his own admission that he was at the bridge that day in those clothes.
those are all pieces to the case- I’m not going to try and guess how the jury is interpreting everything and/or weighing the various evidence-

I am very impressed with how engaged they seem to be and the quality and diversity of their questions- they are definitely paying attention- moo

The fact this needs explaining is mind boggling.

The bridge is most certainly part of the crime scene because it was when the girls were on the bridge that they were abducted and taken "down the hill."

So you concede that RA, as he has stated himself, was on the bridge only minutes before Libby and Abby arrived at the bridge. The bridge was pivotal to the crime as that’s where the girls were accosted and taken down the hill. Are you attempting to diminish its importance?
RA confessed to accosting the girls and forcing them down the hill with the intent to sexually assault them. He stated he was in the middle of all that when he was startled by a van, after which he killed the girls. That van has been identified as belonging to and driven by BW we was on the access road at the correct time. BW has testified and remained rock solid in his testimony despite defense attorneys’ attempts to spin his words and misrepresent things.
There are lots of defense apologists, YouTubers, etc who ignore evidence to push an agenda.

11:20 a.m. - The state filed a motion trying to prevent the defense from calling a certain witness; however, Special Judge Frances Gull allowed the witness to testify.
The defense called a psychiatrist who specializes in solitary confinement, false memories and false confessions.
The third witness of the morning was Dr. Erin Warren, who works with firearm and crime scene reconstruction. He detailed how cycled and unfired cartridges may receive markings.

Okay - I can not access this site - EU rules - but if Grassian was the FIRST witness - and Dr. Warren the THIRD - who was the SECOND one? Anyone know - I too see WISH is not posting anything.

TIA! :)

She’s just reporting what is happening. She is not into the Odinist thing. But what’s the harm in Rozzi asking that question?

Really? LL has stated that she believes the DT had enough in regards to the odinism theory.

Incorrect.
The bridge is a crime scene.
The location of an abduction is a crime scene. Thus why we see yellow crime tape surrounding the area.

At the 12:50 mark you will see the crime tape.

Phones I assume had people attached to them.
It is possible for one person to have more than one phone. Especially if you're up to no good. And we know Allen liked collecting phones!

Were all the phones found in the geofence report accounted for?

For the information that RA would only know because he is the killer, is located back on several threads. It's a good place to start. I refer often to them myself.

According to this article, that was not a question asked by the jury:

At 3:26 p.m. the jury asked Weber questions:

Do you know if the ATMs would have photo or video of servicing? Weber says “not the actual ATMs , but some of the locations.”
  1. How far in advance would you have to order cash for ATMs? Weber says getting cash isn’t a problem, but a week in advance.
  2. What is the process to clock out of work? Weber says “turnstyle.”
  3. What driveway do you use at home? Weber says, “driveway under the Monon High Bridge.”
  4. Do you drive under the bridge, would you have taken that round on Feb. 13, 2017? Weber says yes.
  5. Do you typically go home before servicing your ATMs? Weber says no.

He told the officers he went straight home that day and didn't service an ATM. That does not contradict his answer to the question the juror asked.

And this is why the FBI agent's testimony would have been good to hear because he did the original interview with Weber.

Away for 3 days including a weekend, it seems, and those ATMs were in places like gas stations and restaurants yet he didn't attend to them on Monday despite no maintenance or refilling them due to that 3 day absence.

A task he did everyday like a routine it seems.

Judge Gull, I reckon, should have let the FBI agent do his Zoom testimony.

Yes, they have enough that it shouldn’t be excluded from the trial. She has never even suggested that she believes it.
