can you link to where in the Judges order it says the defendants phone records can’t be exhibited?

i think you will find it is now pretty clear the defendants phone was not in the geofence as has been stated at trial.

i don’t know why they are not being exhibited but it could simply be that the phone company no longer had that data.

moo

I only said geofence as that is what op asked about and just posted the information for another poster.

When was it stated at trial Defendant's phone was not in geofence? Do you have a link? I missed that. Thank you.

Agree about no data from phone company due to length of time even though my post said nothing about that, just geofence.

For the information that RA would only know because he is the killer, is located back on several threads. It's a good place to start. I refer often to them myself.
IIRC…
-white van interrupted SA plans
-crossed the river
-used a box cutter
-covered with branches

Along with a detailed, scenario of the events of the day which aligned with the P timeline-

I think those are the highlights of “what only the killer would know” line of thinking - feel like I’m forgetting something- but it’s in the past threads -

Thanks BUF!! BUT - who is Betsy Blair - a trail walker? TIA!
BB is the woman who walked down the trail wearing her fitbit, observed BG on the first platform, then turned to continue her walk and passed by Abby & Libby on their way to the bridge.

BB is the last indvdual to see those young ladies before their killer kidnapped them from that bridge and brutally murdered them.

It is possible for one person to have more than one phone. Especially if you're up to no good.

Were all the phones found in the geofence report accounted for?

I have no idea. Never saw the report or a report if all phones found or not.

Those branches were deliberately placed-no doubt in my mind, but I personally don’t believe it had anything to do with Odinism-just some weird ish the BG did for who knows what. They weren’t randomly thrown on them to cover/hide them, there was plenty of leaf litter and sticks on the ground for that. JMO

Your quote is apparently from the State’s motion in limine where they’re asking to exclude the geofencing data. The judge granted that motion.

Your attachment seems to be a transcript of testimony.

Can somebody explain first parts of this statement to me?
Male DNA in a genital swab!!
Is she suggesting the girls may have had a penchant for sharing male underwear or that some males in their families wore theirs from time to time?
Quite astounding really. These girls were underage. There should have been no male DNA anywhere near their genitalia.

A few things. The study you posted talked about DNA cells specifically found INSIDE the vaginal cavity. However genital swabs include the external areas of the labia, anus, etc. And Bozinovski specified EXTERNAL

"Bozinovski noted there was "some male" DNA found under the girls' fingernails and also from external genital swabs, but she added, there was no sufficient DNA found."

There is plenty of research on transfer of male DNA to other family member's laundry items if done in the same machine. Male family member's laundry transfers to female member's laundry like underwear, female puts on her underwear and there is minute transfer to the areas of skin the the underwear touches.

The defense wouldn’t be able to admit phone calls of him saying “I didn’t do it” because it would be hearsay. Only the prosecution can enter RA’s out of court statements.
Could they call his mother to the stand for purposes of saying he made these calls since she is a party to the conversation? Just wondering if there is another way to get that introduced even if it may not be good strategy.

It's part of the State's Motion in Limine asking the judge for exclusion. IDK the point of posting it. Poster asked for the information stated in my previous post so I provided it. JMO

Are you sure about that?

In a court ruling Wednesday, Special Judge Fran Gull granted Carroll County Prosecutor Nick McLeland’s Motion in Limine.

That motion requested the prohibition of several topics in opening statements, presentation of evidence, or closing arguments including theories of Odinism, third-party suspects, cell phone tracking/geofencing data, previous investigations by Todd Click of Rushville Police, references to bad acts of any witnesses that plan to testify, references to PowerPoints provided by the State involving investigations into previous potential suspects, and more.

Do we have any idea as to why JG denied the geofence and cell phone tracking information? It makes no sense considering RA said he had his phone with him - should that not have also then shown him leaving the area? Should it not make it clear he was NOT at the property on which the kids were found dead at any point that day?? Not moo - asking questions.

No, that’s still hearsay.

There was no reason given in her order. The State wanted it excluded because apparently it shows a couple of other phones in the area during the relevant time period.

Is Hidden True Crime an approved source? I haven't been able to find a list of approved sources to date.... is there such a list? Ty in advance. She did a lunch time live that was really good.

Edited... I don't buy into the science behind the bullet thing because it seems rather flawed to me. I don't buy that RA is guilty here. I think the state did a lousy job and the LE did a worse one. MOO.
I would agree the prosecution's case could be stronger and absolutely LE did a poor investigation; however, the jury doesnt have to agree w/the prosecution's theory in order to convict the defendant.
The jury need only to agree BARD said defendant committed the murder of two innocent children.
