I don't have the actual transcript but it's a logical deduction given that this article states "Liggett then read Tip #74, Allen’s self-reported tip stating he was on the trail dressed in similar clothes as Bridge Guy."

And...

Mullin said, “On that day, you were on the bridge wearing …

Allen then cuts him off.

“I don’t know how you can tell what coat this is,” he said “This is ridiculous to me. That doesn’t even look like a Carhartt coat."

It is the most critical part in the jigsaw for me.
Something about the Dulin involvement really baffles me.
So he interviews a guy who, if your assumption is correct has just given a statement describing the near identical set of clothes he was wearing to that of a person of interest LE had released days before?
Were alarm bells not ringing in Dulins head?
Days later the person in the photo was described not only as a person police wanted to speak to but the number one suspect in murdering the girls!
Again. Did Dulin not wonder what happened to the guy he interviewed and chase it up again?

Did Dulin write or advise on writing 'cleared' on the sheet?
Did he know Allen prior to meeting him in that car park? Were they friendly with one another?

Seems like the jury are starting early today? Or do they always arrive at 8:30am to get prepped before starting?

Hoping today is the day!

I feel like all over social media, the two people who are most important to this case and who this is all about have been forgotten. Today I hope justice is served for Libby and Abby however the jury see fit.

7 years is too long.

Maybe but again, we haven’t had any evidence to suggest this either… moo.
Maybe not. But we have evidence that RA was there with his gun because he said he was. And he left a bullet behind, and even explained how that bullet could have gotten there.
This is evidence that was admitted at trial. Whether you believe it or not, it’s very strong evidence.
Unless you think RA lied.

9 A.M.: COURT IN SESSION FOR THE DAY

The jury in the Delphi Murders trial arrived at the Carroll County Courthouse in Delphi shortly before 9 a.m. for the fourth day of deliberations.

Deliberations will continue Tuesday if the jury is unable to reach a verdict on Monday.

If a verdict is reached on Monday, the judge will be notified and she will then announce to the court a time when the verdict will be read.

The only thing I can think of is that LE was inundated with tips. RA called on February 16th, but wasn't interviewed by DD until two days later on February 18th.
A man who admitted to being on the trails that day but wasn't interviewed until two days later?

A dispatcher is said to have been the one who cleared the tip.

No, they seem to come later and leave earlier than four.

I hope today they do a full day even if no Verdict is forthcoming.
The jury has been working 5 and a half days a week since the beginning. Today they are working on a holiday.

While living in a hotel room away from their families. I really don't get it when people imply the jury doesn't put in enough time.

Here's a brief synopsis of Liver Mortis, worth a read:

<snipped>

Livor Mortis Can Give Clues In An Investigation

Livor mortis can also give clues about how an individual might have died, or what the body’s condition was soon after death. The development of lividity can be hindered in certain parts of the skin if there was an obstruction that blocked blood supply to that area.

What Is Livor Mortis?
Timestamp 39.45 in Lauren's video for a sketch of a photo shown in court, and explanation of Livor Mortis on Abby's body (for anyone interested)

And sequestered, at that.
