I feel like throwing up. Such a dump of emotions. I cannot imagine how the families are feeling!

What are the chances of one of them possibly fainting/passing out? Fight or flight response triggered. Or could one of them have been catatonic from the events? This is in no way, shape or form victim blaming. No one can predict how someone, especially a young female’s, body would respond to mental trauma. Just thinking of ideas that may have resulted in no screaming/the apparent ease of killing two beautiful young ladies.

High. They’d have suffered hypoxia/loss of blood pressure very quickly, and also must have been horribly frightened.

We also don’t know they didn’t scream. IIRC, there were not a lot of folks in the park at that time, so maybe no one heard it. Also may have been instructed to keep quiet and he wouldn’t hurt them… that kind of thing.

My Grandma said you never get over losing a child, you just learn to live with it.

As someone who has gone through this, I can tell you, you just have no choice but to live with it. Grief goes on endlessly.

I want to be hopeful, but the fact that they are increasing police presence scares the heck out of me. Usually there is more need for LE protection if a defendant is found NG. Of course there are many of RA supporters around the court so...
I don't know.

I don't believe the jury has told the court the verdict yet? Do they normally before it is announced to the courtroom?

While we’re waiting….. I just noticed it was evidence from the D the jury wanted to have another look at yesterday. I will bet it was videos of RA in jail. If the jury didn’t believe his psychosis was real, those videos benefit the P.

The jury wrapped up deliberations on Saturday after five hours.

At one point, the jury asked Richard Allen’s defense team for another look at some of the evidence they presented.

Special Judge Frances Gull said the evidence could only be displayed one time.

The court did not say what evidence the jury wanted to review.

They don’t have the info we all do, and in my opinion, a sloppy investigation and missed by the state makes it very possible.
