#NEW: Ahead of his sentencing tomorrow, Richard Allen’s attorneys have said he should “not participate in providing information for the pre-sentence investigation (PSI) report to the Allen County probation department.”

They feel there is “no value” in him talking to state actors, a new memo filed this morning says.

#RichardAllen is set to be sentenced tomorrow after he was convicted of murdering #Delphi teens Abby Williams and Libby German.

#NEW: our sources in #Delphi tell us there’s already around 14 people lined outside of the courthouse, where Richard Allen will be sentenced tomorrow. Allen continues to maintain his innocence. His legal team says they’re preparing for the appellate process.

Sore losers Rozzi and Baldwin, I'm not surprised. Of course there will be an appeal, but R&B will be no longer representing RA and I doubt the appeal will get further than the recycling bin.

I can’t believe people are camping out already. How cold is it in Delphi this time of the year?

We’re going to get some snow between this evening & tomorrow. Early winter yet. I’m 100 miles south & our ground has yet to freeze. January through February are usually the coldest months. Snow can come as late as end of March or early April but typically done by March.

The D didn't participate much in the actual trial, so this is not surprising at all. They are minimizing their loss and exposure probably hoping the public will forget their atrocious actions.

They’ve been putting all their eggs into the appeal basket, I’m sure. Trial was surprisingly underwhelming as far as the defense was concerned - going to continue to hear the whining about the SODDI being suppressed, amongst other things, I’m sure. Get the binkies (pacifiers) ready.

I hope they preserve all of the confessions!!

And the times (both of them) he says he was at MHB the day of the murders & all that proof he was without a doubt using his cellphone to check his stocks that day! Don’t forget the BG starter kit too!

Of course, the smarter move would have simply been to not attempt to SA & then murder 2 young girls out of cowardice.

I wonder if the judge will issue an explanation as to why the PSI came from Allen Co. instead of Carroll Co. doing it. I don't believe that it was done in error. Conflict of interest? Is that why Diener recused himself?

The defense team can walk around all day with their rears up on their shoulders if they want, but it won’t change the fact their client is guilty and they were exposed as being very bad at lawyering.
Tomorrow is for Libby and Abby, for their families, for Delphi, for a job well done by the prosecution, for justice.
As long as RA is there and has to listen to everything said, I don’t give a rat’s ace if he or the Odin twins, Baldwin and Rozzi “participate”.
