Good stuff in that editorial:

I do not care if you think law enforcement did a great job or a terrible job. I do not care if you think Richard Allen is innocent or guilty.

What I care about is what appears to be a mockery of a sacred place where the family and community can grieve and remember the innocence of two young girls who had just gone for a walk and whose lives were brutally taken.

Carroll County is just beginning to heal. Nonsense like this victimizes the families and the community all over again. Abby and Libby’s lives are not a joke to be played with. They were precious young girls with an entire livea to live. They were smart, they were courageous, and they were brave.

Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be a factor they care about. The deliberate subversion of the hashtag showed us exactly what they think about the dead girls and their families, and what they're willing to do.

But I wouldnt have a clue in which episode but the information about it has been out there discussed if one cares to listen to all reports, not just pro allan sources.

Did KA give advice how to handle her difficult and "innocent" husband?

The character of these defense team members means they’ll likely frame this editorial as a token of their effectiveness.

They went beyond a robust defense to collude with unethical and (likely) mentally ill individuals. Perhaps they covered their tracks well enough that their vile acts won’t be fully discovered, and perhaps they made sure their “friends” will always be the ones left holding the bag in the end.

I’ve witnessed enough to denounce them and their behavior as completely unethical. I only hope that Justice eventually comes calling for them as well.

They don’t care and that’s always been the issue. How they have such disdain for the victims and their families is beyond me but they have shown nothing but contempt for years.

When he got to the Allen residence, RA and KA were sitting in a van. This is when RA said twice "it doesn't matter, it's over.

That's the last thing I've heard KA say as well.

But I saw someone trying to speak for her right after the sentencing. On Vinnie/Court TV, he had Motta and the so called investigator, EM, on his post sentencing show.

Vinnie asked why KA didnt attend court that day----EM said [paraphrasing] ------' Kathy and I are Besties now....we agreed it was best if she didn't go because she didn't want to show agreement with the court, the verdict or the sentencing decision.' <<<something along those lines

Evidently she did….every time RA was recorded calling her from prison & confessed to her.

Deny, deny, deny. Interesting how quickly she would shut him down with his confessions. Almost as if she’d been coached or forewarned. I wonder which 3 clowns might have been around to do such a thing?

No ideas about the purity of the coffee. I was under the impression he preferred his own special blend.

Monday morning, Auger sent this reply: “Ms. Morse is not speaking on behalf of Mr. Allen’s attorneys or legal team. We have no knowledge of these accusations as we have been focused on providing a defense for Mr. Allen.”

I cannot speak to the legality of what EM has claimed. However, it’s been 1, possibly 2 business day(s) since she made those claims. We’re obviously at a time of the year where many things are in a lull. The gag order being lifted may result in more things happening, said or reported once we get past the holidays.

I am happy to at least see someone in the IN media pointing out their actions for all to observe. This coming from the Delphi paper, it’s a guarantee that NM is going to see it. Patience. Let’s see how this plays out. This may just be a strategic, & kind of dumb &/or desperate, move by the D in an attempt to distract those on the state’s side trying to prepare for the appeal. The defense like to pretend they’re confident & winning the battles but they’ve really not ever had any truly monumental wins with anything in this case other than when they were able to continue representing RA. The rest has been shady &/or questionable tactics or just flat out lies.

I am so glad we got the opportunity to hear K"s impact statement. at the 7:34 mark when she mentioned the thousands of Websleuths out there pushing BG's image everywhere so that RA would be confronted with his own image everywhere he turned. Raised the hair on my arms, she articulated so well how invested we all in the true crime community worldwide were in finding some sort of justice for the girls and their loved ones. I am glad they knew how much we all cared.
