The Murder Sheet podcast has recently posted several lengthy follow up episodes on social media activity questioning guilty verdict and the likely outcome of an appeal in the conviction of RA, worth a listen especially revisiting August hearing on Defense Motions.
So they think RA is innocent? Oh boy.

Ricky can spend the next decade appealing his guilty verdict it won’t change the facts which he has also admitted to.

I hope him and his spork have many wonderful days together.

Kindly, it may not take until 5PM, as I posted. ;)

The defense has an opportunity to present mitigating factors (lessen the sentence) & state has an opportunity to present aggravating factors (maximize the sentence) prior to the judge handing down the sentence. Plus there may be victim impact statements & opportunities for others to speak, such as the defendant which is doubtful since they’re acting huffy again & don’t want to "interact with state actors". Boo hoo - I guess that means he wants to interact with actors who pretend he’s innocent.

Read more about the mitigating & aggravating factors here:

MOO
I think the sentencing will go quickly, especially now the RA isn't going to participate. I'm so glad I don't have to hear one word from his lying liar who lies mouth.

I'd love to know what the private fundraising got spent on.

There has been noticeably zero transparency on it to date.

If I had to guess, paying trolls to post and amplify their false narratives on social media.

I really wish that the sentencing at least, was televised. It would be so satisfying. But at least we know Abby and Libby’s families will be there to witness it, and that’s all that matters. Oh, and that RA is behind bars for the rest of his miserable life.

Well I expected nothing less with these charlatans.

Today will no doubt be a very bittersweet day for Abby & Libby's loved ones. My heart is with them.

With any luck, their recently filed motions combined with their whining mitigating factors will just get JG seething so she really lays the wood to their client.

ETA luckily, it’s probably the last time we get to see them, God willing.

Yep what this horrible man stole from the families that day. I hope they find comfort in the fact he has been found guilty and won’t get to harm another innocent victim again. Nobody else will have to suffer from his hands again.

Clowns, what else? :p

Seriously, yeah, it would be nice to know. In hindsight, they should have set that money on fire for the metallurgist though.

The idea this was a practice trial is one of the silliest ideas team Rick has pushed. The chance of a successful appeal is low at best!
They would have been better off driving in with a really small car & piling out of it with bright orange hair, big red foam noses & giant oversized shoes, IMO

The "practice trial" was not a silly idea. IMO
In the Indiana Supreme Court appeal, it was the opinion of the parties that if RA's team was not reinstated and he was found guilty, THEN this trial would have likely been a practice trial.

Back in Carroll County this morning for the sentencing of Richard Allen in the #Delphi murders trial.

Allen will likely receive a sentence of between 45 & 130 years in prison after a jury found him guilty of the murders of Abby Williams & Libby German.

So they think RA is innocent? Oh boy.

I think it’s the social media trolls that still think he’s innocent, not the Murder Sheet folks. They have repeatedly said the appeals have little chance of succeeding.
