No joke. Evidently he didn’t think too far past the end of his nose. Didn’t take KK long to allegedly deny RDs claims to a YT content creator, so I can’t blame him for being upset if someone might be lying & dragging him back into that story, particularly when no evidence existed of him being in Delphi that day or night.

The other is a convicted of fraud, so that's telling. A convicted liar and fraud who failed his poly and whose 'evidence' statements have also been proven through actual evidence and exhibts presented at trial, to be FALSE.

Now they admit it wasn't and that this was actually a Fauxdinist theory. And the Defence knows it too. That's exactly why they chose not to call RD at trial even though he was standing by to appear after Gull granted their motion. It's more defence games. If it wasn't such an affront to the memories of these two innocent young women who were murdered by their client, it would be laughable.

That's a good point about lyin' liars. There are sure enough in this case to go around. The truth of the matter is I don't believe any of them. I believe RD was snitching to Nick for whatever reason; it makes little sense that he would lie to him.

When we bang on B&R for the O theory, don't forget the second set of attys: S&L were also in that corner.

I doubt this guy will ever learn - his lying and fraud is exactly why he's locked up in the first place. I imagine that if he's moved, he still won't be off the hook. Ooopsie.

A trial transcript won't provide any answers to that. Since they were never called, they will be absent from the transcript.

They weren't called because they were defense witnesses and the defense choose, for whatever reason, not to call them to the stand to testify. Maybe B and R can explain the why. Only the D team can explain their thought processes behind that decision.

MOO, the D team knew that the state had witnesses and evidence they planned to use to rebut the testimony of inmate/witnesses they considered calling to the stand. And so they about faced and opted not to call them after all.

Yeah. At the end of the day no one can second guess the trials strategy and tactical decisions made by the defence. They chose not to call this snitch. They chose not to introduce the video and phone evidence of BW. etc

This is all done and dusted, unless the point is now to claim BR and AB were negligent in their representation. But that is a high bar.

IIRC his cell phone was being used in his home around the time of the murders & zero evidence of him being in the places he originally claimed when he tried pinning things on his father.

He’s probably smart but too lazy to do much else other than techie stuff & just an idiot when it comes to lying. His father is allegedly a real piece of work from what I understand. Makes KK seem like an altar boy.

As a person who overeats considerably myself, I can’t really rule him out based on his weight either. He doesn’t seem like an idiot at all. Just evil.

You have my sincere apologies if my words struck wrong with you, as that was not the intent at all - more of a show of my disdain towards him & his crimes & that is where it ends.

If you haven’t read the extensive interviews from Grissom, they will likely change your mind regarding his level of intelligence. He can figure out devices, PCs & such but his abilities at even approaching credibility as even a halfway decent liar are just an insult to liars. He just talks in circles for the most part. Lots of "you don’t understand me."

No, not at all. He had 30 some odd CSAM charges & that was just on what they did find. He had 1 device that was hidden from which he was able to delete data prior to LE getting ahold of it. His dad, who was the homeowner & paid for the WiFi was never charged with a thing, ironically.

Yeah, but AB seems determined to drag it out. The appeals will go for years, I’m sure but at least we likely won’t have to keep hearing wild claims & "new" evidence coming from discovery.

Thanks for the link. I personally thought that was pretty interesting. I didn't know that Libby had been conversing in the beginning (BM described it as narrating). The Evansdale mention was an eyebrow raiser.

These new mentions of certain individuals take me back to the beginning. So many here were absolutely sure that RL was involved and the same went for KAK. I was positive that RL had no part in this but now, I'm re-thinking the whole thing. I'm reminded of the folks who theorized the girls were taken on the path on the north side of the creek.
