Oh no, I didn't mean "there IS a chain of contacts". My thought was, maybe there could have been, possibly, very well hidden and until now still unknown perhaps.

Only time will tell if anyone else is ever charged with being involved. It still wouldn't negate it's RA's trial now, nobody else. MO

If anyone is brought in for a show of proof, before or during the trial, they would be sworn in.

What fault could they possible bring in about Libby's video? That it's resolution and audio were enhanced and only a snippet of both were released to the public? That a partial view of a murdered juvenile was edited out of the released image and the probable terrifying reaction of two girl's to being accosted by a gun-wielding stranger was edited out of the released audio? Or the word "Guys" was attached to "down the hill" possibly out of sequence from when it was said?

I'm mystified as to what anyone could possible think was nefarious about Libby's video that would help the defense highlight RA's innocence at trial? And I'm sure the whole bit of what Libby recorded that day will be played for the jury and it will be chilly and impactful. AJMO

I think the problem with SODDI in this case is that Libby captured the video of BG. So for SODDI to work, they need to be the guy in Libby’s video instead of RA.

I can’t be sure RA is the guy in her video currently. He could be anyone given the lack of actual detail in the BG’s face. I can’t even be sure of his height or weight or eye colour based on the video. Moo.

What will Judge Gull do if KK takes the stand and admits in open court that what he told detective Vido about being at the crime scene that day is true?

It would be out of the juror's presence, so then the prosecution would have their chance to refute KK's claims. And they would offer evidence showing that he lied about his father being at the crime scene, and so The. End.

Maybe it has. If so was it before or after he was interrogated? Before or after he read or learned disclosure details? Before or after he was held in isolation? Before or after he was medicated? And so on…. Maybe I’ll put more faith in the “confessions” when more is known. But for now, I wonder why no plea if he’s confessing? Seems to everyone but the judge imo.

The jury won't be that much like any of us here because they won't be familiar with the case and won't have preconceived notions. They will be blank slates. So I think they will go with what seems more reasonable as opposed to what seems more far fetched. IMO

His confessions are in because they've been ruled to have been given freely and not under interrogation, not mitigated by his accommodations, depression or anxiety. So ruled the judge.

As to why no plea, I think ISP Harshman touched upon that during his testimony when he talked about RA finding God, wanting to confess, doing so to his family members and ultimately, because of their reactions, choosing them over the telling of his truth.

I believe it was also touched upon in Dr. Wala's testimony too when RA's family member hung up on him, didn't want to believe him and wouldn't answer the phone after that. RA asked to use Dr. Wala's phone and asked for her to stay while he talked to his family about what he did that day in Feburary 2017.

There's lots of supposition they won't hear, they'll surely hear all the evidence. MO

There is no information from MSM or LE that support your statements of a confession. Please cite a source. I've already looked at what towns they both lived from the time KK was a child, RA moved to Delphi years ago. Feel free to search my previous posts. The bridge is not "right next" to his father's house, LE never gave a reason for the river search. I realized there are years worth of posts on this thread and it would be difficult to know what subjects have already been throughly discussed.

I think the jury will rely heavily upon that video during deliberations. And I don't think they will doubt it's authenticity.

If they decide that RA is BG, it's all over.
