There is no 'small part' in a brutal double murder of children. ANY part whatsoever can bring a Guilty of Murder verdict.

I can’t be sure RA is the guy in her video currently. He could be anyone given the lack of actual detail in the BG’s face. I can’t even be sure of his height or weight or eye colour based on the video. Moo.

But we do have reliable information several times over that he was certainly there, then, and dressed like BG. I mean right there on the bridge. Right then.

We can’t put any other human male of any description whatsoever anywhere near the place there, then. All the cases in which it made sense to check if that POI could have been there, then, were looked at hard. RA stands alone.

I’m as sure as I can be of anything that RA = BG.

I think the jury will rely heavily upon that video during deliberations. And I don't think they will doubt it's authenticity.

If they decide that RA is BG, it's all over.

I do think his confessions will help. We know he did mention motive in some of them. I wonder if he gave details about what was said as he abducted them. Maybe he knows exactly what they said to him or he to them.. something that was edited out of what was released to the public.

Vido also admitted that they were never able to place KK or his father in Delphi on the day of the murders. They used cell records and they used CCTV, to search where KK claimed their red truck was at specific times, and it was never seen any of those places. And they both made phone calls from their phones from their home on the 13th of February.

And they made great effort to find the evidence that KK claimed was thrown in the Wabash. LE spent FIVE WEEKS, with many searchers/divers, doing a grid search, and never recovered anything.

Also, neither of them resemble BG in any way.

So KK was lying, as he has been known to do. He is a prolific liar. IMO

The lion’s share of the search was conducted by hand, although I-Team 8 did see a few people with metal detectors. Under the bridge, I-Team 8 saw a pile of metal and other objects collected by the team.

“We feel the Indiana State Police, not just in the terms of this water search but throughout the whole Delphi investigation, have poured almost unlimited amounts of resources into the case and one of the things that got us interested in this case, is we believe that Indiana State Police, like any other governmental agency, needs to be held accountable to the people of Indiana,” Greenlee said.

Yet I see him as RA as clear as day. It's his body frame, way he walks, the way his blue jeans fold and roll, hands in pockets.

By the end of the trial I think you might be convinced. They will have a lot of evidence showing that RA =BG, imo.

The question was KK gettng on the stand and testifying that he was at the murder scene, when he has many times stated that he was not there. The prosecution "impeaches" , invalidates someone's testimony by confronting/ proving it false by other known facts or using the persons own prior statements against them.
None of which will happen, as KK will not be testifying. Showing a witness is liar and has no credibility does not need to rely on "sworn" statements/testimony made by the witness.

I agree it's very unlikely KAK will be allowed to testify but if he does make it to the trial, via a show of proof, it will be under oath. MO

The witness is going to be behind bars for decades on other charges. I'm just dubious about the repercussions for lying under oath being enough to dissuade him from doing so. He gets a day out, to be the centre of attention. He might think perjury is a good exchange for a day out.

Detective Vido did not testify that KK "confessed" /claimed to be a witness to the murders or participating in them. The river search Vido mentioned was a search at the crime scene, not the river search in Peru. Also interesting, Vido doesn't appear to say that he pesonally heard KK make any statements about this, just that "Kline told police".

"Vido said Kline had told police his father went into the woods for a few hours and came back with blood on him, and that his dad threw a cellphone and knife in the river before they left the area. The detective told the court that investigators later searched the water near the crime scene,"

Detective Vido already knew, long before, as shown by interrogation transcript, that ISP knew KK was not at the murder scene.

"On cross examination, Vido told prosecutors that police were able to disprove that Kegan Kline and his dad had been in Delphi on the day of the murders, testifying that investigators found cellphone evidence showing both were at home in Peru. Vido told the court that investigators were not able to place Kline or his father at the crime scene or in Delphi on the day of the murders."

If there is someone who could calculate how tall the bridge guy is in Liberty German's phone video, I think that would go a long way towards determining if Richard Allen is bridge guy, especially if the calculation comes out to 5'4" or less.

Do you have a source that says they made phone calls from their home?

Everything I’ve read says they claimed they were at TK’s mother’s house, the same house they searched the burn pit of AFTER they had RA Is custody.

Leaving your cell phone behind to go commit a crime is nothing new.

“Testimony on Thursday also provided answers to why ISP took temporary custody of another person of interest, Kegan Kline, and spent weeks searching the Wabash River under a bridge near his Peru Home. This happened a few months before Allen's arrest in 2022.


Kline reportedly lied to detectives that he and his father were at a cemetery near the wooded area where the girls were found after the day of the homicides.

An ISP investigator took him from the Miami County Jail along the supposed route to the cemetery, but surveillance cameras on the route didn't show Kline and his father in their red Jeep on Feb. 13, 2017.

Kline also told police his dad threw a knife and cell phone into the river when they drove over the bridge on the way home.”

This is what Detective Vido testified to, that Kegan Kline confessed to being involved in the murders. They are going to have a tough time explaining why they are so sure he was lying because of his phone data, when they had that for half a decade before they committed 6 weeks of manpower to that river search.”

The FBI did the triangulation and height estimate that was included on the first "bulletins", which indicated that BG was of short stature. It is consistent with the witnesses impressions of the height of the man seen on the trail that day. Unfortunately, MOO, LE requested this information be removed from subsequent descriptions of the suspect.

Did LE tell RA that experts had matched his voice to a recording on a cellphone as a ruse? I would expect that being said in an interrogation, whether it was true or not. I don't think any expert was able to claim that it was RA's voice with any certainty, due to the few words and playback on that phone with recording and playback effects caused by that specific phone. MOO

My opinion? That was a lie like they are allowed to do. This isn’t a criticism of LE. It’s a tactic they can use.

There is no information from MSM or LE that support your statements of a confession. Please cite a source. I've already looked at what towns they both lived from the time KK was a child, RA moved to Delphi years ago. Feel free to search my previous posts. The bridge is not "right next" to his father's house, LE never gave a reason for the river search. I realized there are years worth of posts on this thread and it would be difficult to know what subjects have already been throughly discussed.

The bridge is by definition “right next” to his father’s house, imo. Without doxxing the address it is .2 miles as the crow flies.
