Isn't RA the only adult male we know of being at the trail that day? He knew he was wearing all his disguise so he wasn't worried about saying he was there. Nobody could ID him. He also gave the interview to DD before the video was publicized. So he didn't know the video existed when he did the interview with DD.
Witnesses saw an adult male. An adult male is captured on Libby's video. RA says he was at the trail at that time.
Eyewitness testimony and identification is notoriously unreliable.
Think about walking past a stranger on the sidewalk. Later you find out a murder happened and you realize maybe you saw the guy. Now try hard to describe that person. It would be difficult to recall an accurate description especially when you had no idea you should remember this specific person because they might commit a crime.
I recall maybe this “man in black” story but it no longer appears online. It was repeated to the media by a friend of a friend or something and I wondered about it. If ever there’s thoughts back to somebody who later turns out might be a bad guy, odds are it’s going to be a “man in black”, never a man in white or green. JMO
