Wonder who the group of people with BG were, as the word "included" to me means he was standing with that group, and the girl in pink, I hope they have all given statements they could be crucial witnesses
Other reporters’ notes have her describing muddy bloody guy walking alone down the road, not standing in a group of people. I suspect this was one person’s mishearing.

I don't know of any other guys being out there on the bridge, at that time. There was a local man on the trailhead, that Libby's father saw when he 1st arrived, to pick up the girls. And there was reportedly a couple, man and woman, seen standing under the bridge at one point, seen by some witnesses. But I don't know of any other males right there at the bridge at the time. Only 'two' are BG and RA---who could be the same guy.
Has there been actual evidence introduced at trial that verifies when RA was at the trails yet?

I was a little puzzled at some podcasters who complained that the judge wasn't allowing more access to the media and podcasters in court. They said it was a circus atmosphere outside the courthouse with podcasters having to wait in line a long time, cramped, etc.

Circus atmosphere has been common in many famous trials, at least since the days of Lizzie Borden, the Lindbergh Baby kidnapping and Charles Manson. The circus has to stay outside the courthouse, not inside the courtroom.

Agreed!!!

A circus atmosphere doesn't belong in any place and should stay outside where it belongs, but especially during a trial.

The P indicated she saw a muddy bloody man, it was included in the PCA. And the missing recordings were transcribed. If the D didn’t dispose her, that’s their fault. Where did the D get she only said muddy from? Another strike against the FM.
Who knows? The proof of what she said is apparently missing.
And now, through MSM, we have 2 versions of what she said to choose from.

The jury isn't going to hear the FM so ?

I hope arguing this defense motion doesn't delay us too long from hearing about he bullet and most importantly to me, all those confessions. I am most curious to know exactly what RA said/and or wrote in those confessions.

And before anyone offers me a helpful reminder that RA confessed to killing people not dead, I do not consider those confessions of murder but expressions of guilt for what he has done to his friends and family by committing the murders.

Simply my own thoughts. Others are welcome to disagree and scroll right on past.
I totally agree with your opining on this matter.

Those confessions to killing people who aren't really dead is a metaphor or possibly being coached to put out some really crazy stuff to negate his original confessions to his Mom and Mother on a recorded and monitored prison line.

I did notice the date on the confession letter that was drawn by a reporter to the Warden was March 5th, BEFORE he received the major Discovery Dump by the State.

Not necessarily. Someone just posted that there was a group of people who looked stressed.
This was at 3:57 p.m. Derrick arrived at 3:15 p.m. to pick up the girls' across from the Mears' farm and they were not there. He began calling family members and those family members began heading to the trails.

It was right after seeing the stressed group that she saw the muddy bloody man walking down CR 300 N. away from Monon HIgh Bridge in the direction of the old CPS building.
This one witness saw both ends. IMO. She saw BG getting away and she saw people gathering, to search. It all happened so fast, relatively. Twenty minutes probably... within an hour of their arriving.... within the hour of Libby's dad arriving... the searchers, the perpetrator, Abby and Libby's bodies -- there at the same time. That's chilling to me.

It's hard to believe we have yet another case of missing parts of an interview.
Sarah Carbaugh is the dog walker.
her June 2017 interview with police had an hour of it missing.

She continued by discussing her June 2017 interview and the portion that had been missing. She said that the part where she was asked to mark the Bridge Guy photo was a part of the missing interview block.
We don't get the benefit of seeing that actual testimony, but it doesn't sound like this witness went the way the prosecution wanted. Opens a huge hole and exposed another problem. The interview recording is missing where is presented the photos of BG. The Prosecution then has to decide if they try to clean up this mess or just move on.

<snip> the hair that doesn’t match RA, the bullet being found days later, little blood at the scene, clothing was dry - all things supporters latched onto because it destroys the state case, except none of it is true.<snip>
Not criticizing you personally m00c0w, but in my opinion, I'd say that calling people who pay attention to defense claims "supporters" is not framing this group accurately. Looking at this matter as a "supporters of Libby and Abby and LE and the Prosecution" vs "supporters of Richard Allen and the Defense attorneys" is not an accurate way to look at the different sides of this case, in my opinion. Personally I've been critical of the police investigation in many different ways--losing evidence, unprofessional behavior in press conferences, a variety of other mistakes reflecting not following "best practices", and I've asked questions pertaining to the validity of defense claims, but I would never consider myself as a "supporter" of Allen who I view as the murderer, or his defense team. I want justice for Libby and Abby but that does not mean automatic agreement with the LE investigation, or of the prosecutor, or of the Judge for that matter. I am hoping for a conviction and I hope the State can get one. But, I have my doubts thus far. I am hoping the confessions will do the trick. JMO

While the updates all day long are nice to have, I think it loses something when the person taking the notes is giving it to someone else to read or make an artcle about. The person writing things up for the news isn't likely the same person sitting in court. Things get lost in translation.

This is why I like listening to the Murder Sheet when they do their entire podcast after court is over. They both sit in during the testimony and take notes and then they both discuss what they heard. They each might write down sligthly differnt things, but when they discuss it we get a better picture of what was actually said vs one line tweets or an article written from someone else's notes. I try to follow the updates all day long and then at night or the next morning I listen to the MS episode and it tends to all make better sense of what actually happened and what was said or how it was said.. was it on direct or cross, was the witness testy or were they straight forward, was it argumentative or just stated as fact, etc.
Even then, I watched the Hidden True Crime nightly trial recap and it clarified some things.

To condense hours of information into minutes, things are left out. Unfortunately MSM condenses hours into seconds.

Dr..Roland Kohr is on the stand.

Kohr explained to the jury the steps of an autopsy, which begins with being contacted by investigators and learning about the case, then later performing examinations of the bodies.

The first autopsy was performed on Abby. Kohr noted Abby’s clothing, any physical injuries, and performed a rape kit. He said that Abby had a 1-inch deep, 3-inch long incision wound on her neck. Abby showed no signs of blunt force trauma or restraint wounds. He said that though the rape kit showed no “overt injury patterns,” it does not mean that sexual contact didn’t occur.

Edit to add Libby 's info:

Libby German’s autopsy was performed second. Kohr also noted her clothing, physical injuries, and performed a rape kit. The autopsy report said Libby had anywhere from three to five incision wounds on the right side of her neck, the largest being around 3.5 inches. She also showed no signs of overt sexual trauma or defensive wounds.

Kohr estimated that the girls died approximately 41 hours before the autopsy

Thank you. It's always helpful to hear the legal take on things.

She has no reason to lie. Unless you believe she is also in on the conspiracy to frame, along with multiple other people and agencies, RA.

According to Carbaugh’s account, the man’s clothes were bloody and muddy, with blood visible on his lower legs, feet and ankles. The rest of him was muddy—as if he had fallen down a hill or into a muddy creek.
……
Carbaugh waited three weeks to contact police. She blamed her inaction on trauma and panic, telling the court she was “overthinking” and “having a moment.”

She saw an officer taking tips at a roadblock and saw that as a “sign” to reveal what she had seen. She helped police identify her vehicle on cameras from the Hoosier Harvest Store.
…….
“I understand you’re doing your job,” she told Baldwin. “I saw a man on the side of the road with mud and blood, and that’s that.”
…….
During jury questioning, she said her car was “less than three feet” away from “Bridge Guy.”

She sounds something between unresponsive and defensive. Not the best witness, from that report.
I think she did well considering Baldwin was peppering her with on the 1st statement you said muddy and bloody x number of times. On the second you said only bloody x number of times and on the third blah, blah, blah.

I loved that she a logical explanation as to why his jacket looked tan, because it was covered in mud. His jeans were light denim and she could see blood stains.

There was a struggle across the creek and climbing up that next muddy spot. I think that is why RA chose to walk back to his car down N300, he could have stayed out of sight most of the way.

He looked bloody and muddy, like he'd been in a fight just as SC stated. Which he was, because he had just murdered Abby and Libby.
