Exactly. Just because they're different doesn't mean they're not reliable. We had three people from the same group differing on clothing for instance, two of them saw a blue jacket while one thought he was wearing black.

But Allen acknowledges this sighting himself, details his clothing, and the witnesses recognized the man they passed as BG.

He didn't walk into anything. That's exactly what we've been saying. If this AB person is alleging that, then she's clueless.
I'd be really suspicious if all of the witness's gave the exact same description. JMO.

Liggett agrees on the stand that none of the witness descriptions match one another. Per AB.

Walked right into that question apparently, oof.

And later: "Just because they were different doesn't mean they're not reliable".

Oh dear.
Yeah this witness was a huge L for P. This is a very observant jury as we’ve seen… and they had NO questions for this guy…

I agree he sounds like a defeated man. He said it after being asked if he wanted to fill out a property damage form, but I personally don’t think his comment pertained to physical damage to his house. That’s just my opinion

We just can’t tell specifically what Holeman said RA said by reading only thode two linked articles.

For what it's worth, today's episode of The Murder Sheet is titled "It Doesn't Matter, It's Over".

Probably because he has been in retirement for 7 years already. He's probably feeling a bit old for having to jump back into a major trial. He likely doesn't remember things as well as he used to and would also have some difficulties with cross examination at his age and being immersed in retirement. He really has very little to add because he was not an investigator and he did not have a big hand in any of the case at hand now.
Then why was he subpoenaed?

Forgive me if this has been asked and talked about already, but when cameras aren't allowed in trials, isn't there usually a sketch artist allowed? Do we know if there has been one in this trial?
There are very few seats. Only a dozen, I think, for media.

I think they are prioritizing people who are really, really good at writing notes. Giving up a seat to someone to sketch is unlikely.

Media are just as happy to use familiar pics of Abby, Libby and, maybe, RA.

They all saw BG from the video LIBBY took.

RA=BG Placed himself on the bridge at the same time Libby & Abby were there, saying that he was wearing the same description of clothing captured on Libby's video

Someone, please, explain why I’m supposed to care about RA’s fishing license.
It isn't a huge deal on it's own.

Dan Dulin after is the conservation officer or DNR, game warden, etc. He is the one that talk to RA in 2017. That tip was misfiled and when Kathy (not RAs wife different one) found the file and realized this was never followed up on she shared it with Tony Liggett and he talked to DD. DD said he looked in the system to see if there was anything on RA.. he noticed that he got a fishing license renewed on April 1, 2017. This is a year license that runs from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018. He noticed RA changed the height and weight on that license.

6 weeks after the murders he made this change. 6 weeks after speaking to a conservation officer.. so game warden who I think RA might have felt could be looking at this database.. maybe it was nerves on his part due to who he spoke with. I'd imagine he might be walking on eggshells thinking someone was going to come talk to him again or wondering when they'd realize it was him. Maybe he felt changing that would help him somehow. I can't say for sure, but I don't think it's common to change your height as a 45 or so year old man who hasn't grown 2 inches surely in the last 20 or more years.

I don't agree.

One of the reporters I follow at night, who is in the courtroom, is friends with a Sketch artist, who is also in the courtroom and provides her with sketches of the photos of CS, victims, etc.
So we get to see those

The witnesses recognized the man they passed as BG? Was there additional testimony from those witness? Because the two I heard about did not identify the guy they passed as BG, or as RA, or say that BG is RA.

They said the man they passed, they later recognized as BG. They of course couldn’t recognize Allen as BG, because they didn’t see his face clearly (one said it was covered).

The media seats are determined by a lottery system daily. There’s no prioritizing, just randomizing.
