Yes - i can't create an innocent version where he sees the 3 juvenile girls at 1.30pm. He'd have to go off the trail somehow to avoid seeing the victims or BB.

It doesn't matter how much you hen peck witness statements. Even if Bridge Guy slipped in from the woods somehow, the problem is no one saw 2 bridge guys and RA claims not to have seen BB or the victims. But actually we know he saw both of them - he had to!
But, according to RA he didn't go off trail after BB, wearing her fitbit, witnessed him standing on the platform; he walked back up the trail and sat on a bench.

Nope - he would have had to pass by A&L. Why the lies if one's innocent self is self-snitching to seeing the same group f girls that saw him, to also being on the trails at the right place, at the right time, and in dressed in the very similar "overdressed" clothing for that unseasonably warm day.

His first confession to his wife was allegedly April 2023, his arrest was in Oct 2022.

The bigger discovery document dumps were done later in 2023, IIRC. June 2023 was when some of those documents were unsealed, noting cause of death.

Maybe even earlier than April 2023.

Allen’s first alleged confession came in the early weeks after his arrest
, according to law enforcement. In a November 2022 phone call to his wife, Allen is alleged to have said, “If this becomes too much for you, just let me know and I will talk to the detectives and tell them everything they want to know.”

Can you explain how you think he would have passed them again? I thought he was on the bridge near one of the early platforms allegedly watching the fish in the stream. The girls were toward the end of the bridge. He said he turned around and left the bridge how would he have passed them? I'm missing this or not understanding.

It was during this phone call that his wife hung up on him, possibly to keep him from incriminating himself more. This is also a stark contrast to RA from a couple of weeks prior, who kept telling Holeman he’d never admit to doing something he didn’t do.

By all the reports I've read, no one had anything bad to say about him. And then the police came knocking on everyone's door.

Many people have great trust in the law and believe if they suspect someone of something then it must be true. I was one of those people for many years.

Nothing said good really that I’ve seen.

Shocked and freaked out they knew and played pool with the accused he blended in is about as flattering as I can find of a comment in favor of RA.

The comments in msm are of the innocuous CVS clerk who through some superficial contact they would never even suspect that their mild mannered clerk that’s employed in a position of trust would kidnap and kill the two young girls in cold blood on his day off.

Notable how RA knows no one is going to back him right off.

I sure would believe LE over RA!

Who’s not going to heed the warning of a potential murdering deviant in your midst?

It is LE’s obligation to investigate and if it warns those spoken to of danger all the better they are doing their job insure the safety of the community.

all imo

I don't think there's any youtuber that is unbiased. Whether they are at the trial or not seems to be irrelevant. There are a few there daily and still conflicting information every single time. Trust no one. Read from several sources and make your own opinion. Without giving more weight to a side you want to believe or trust more. People relying on youtubers and podcasts for their opinions is why there is so much wrong information nonstop. It truly sucks that we can't hear and see ourselves. I think that choice should have been made differently. Obviously this is my opinion.

Sure is. Just like when he told Dr. Wala that he killed his friends and his family (figuratively).
Your opinion.
We have not heard the context so we don't know if he really thought he did. MOO

Well said. In this instance, one has to average out what is being said by multiple sources. If one person says one thing and five others say the opposite, you can’t rely on that one hangup that one source has. I mean, you can, but it’s likely not beneficial to the overall understanding of what’s happening.

(“You” is a general “you”, of course.)

On the previous thread there was a link from a media person saying that admittance of the "gmail search history" of defendant was being considered.

My own "gmail" searches would by definition search only activity within my own emails, sent or received by me. No general browser available in gmail.

Do they mean to say "google" search history?

The reporter said that pros wanted it admitted, defense did not.

Thanks, just following along your great coverage.

It was reported by some other sources to be the general Google search history associated with his accounts. There was also something about it being linked to his tablet.

In timing things out, he would have been at the MHB when both BB and LG/AW arrived at the Mears lot. The location of the Mears lot is such that RA would have had to perform magic or teleportation to not pass either of them on his way out, if he was not the guy BB saw on the bridge. If he was the guy BB saw on the bridge, then he’s BG.

He does not acknowledge crossing the bridge that day. He does not acknowledge leaving the trail through the woods.

His claimed behavior of leaving the platform and heading back up the trail to the bench would have confronted him with Abby and Libby coming down the trail toward the bridge. Timing is not too important. Abby and Libby were not far behind Betsy Blair by the latter’s report. We know they were headed for the far side of the bridge. He either went up the trail and saw them or remained on the platform as they went by. He had to see them, but claims not to have.

The P built the timeline with the help of those hen peck witness statements. I'm finding they don't always match. See how this works? She was in her car heading back to the trail but her FitBit showed she was already doing her 3rd lap on the trail.

1] BB was seen on HHS cam traveling east at 1:46pm.
2] The two green lines indicating activity were observed to be around 1:30 pm to 2 pm.

This may be because of the death penalty threat made to him and lies used to make him confess, also, not being listened to from the first time around when he said: "No, he didn't do it!"

What was it, 20 something times all together - 25 maybe!

I wonder how many times a person has to say more or less: "No, I didn't do it!" before it really is "No, I didn't do it!"

That interview I want to watch 100%

And then when he was arrested was he put inside prison straight away or into solitary confinement because being put in solitary confinement wouldn't have done him any good with Depression.

The entire case against RA is based upon multiple confessions/admissions prior to arrest.

Without his admissions to being on the trails form 1.30, seeing the juvenile girls, going on the first platform, dressed as BG, there is no case against him.

He has been confessing all along.

I tend to forget that this is so so so true.

Guilty people can confess too.

RA was on the first platform of the bridge.
BB approaches the bridge and sees him standing there.
BB turns around and walks back up the trail.
BB passes by Abby & Libby who are on their way to the bridge ....
If he walks back up the trail as he stated, he has to pass them (or hide off to the side in the woods while they pass him)
Abby & Libby then begin to cross the bridge.
RA then turns around on the trail or comes out of hiding.
RA then crosses after them and orders them down the hill.
