I really regret Judge Gull's decision to not allow audio or cameras in for this trial. I'm watching three different YouTubers who are in attendance during the trial (I don't sleep), and depending on who I've watched last, my understanding of the proceedings varies greatly. So does my opinion. For a case that already is so well known and has years and years of extensive analysis from people that have no personal connection to the case or access to evidence from the case - I think it would have benefitted everyone to have a streamlined look into the actual trial that isn't filtered through any bias. I'm looking forward to hearing (albeit secondhand from youtubers) Richard Allen's confessions, maybe I'll finally know what to make of it. All I know is that I'm glad I'm not on this jury.
I couldn't agree more about the conflicting reporting but by MM...especially the X tweets. It seems we're doomed to wait until after the trial to get the transcripts...if someone very kind makes them available.

I was a Certified Med Tech back in the 80s and administered this medication. It has horrible side affects like (Tardive Dyskinesia) as well as others. I'm surprised its even still around. I'm wondering what was going on with RA for him to be administered this medication? If someone knows?

Well he was eating his own poo but no idea what came first.

Per AB. The green scarf (item 72) had no blood or seminal fluid noted, so no further analysis done on it.

AB noted it strange the scarf had a different treatment to the other clothing found.

If I were RA, under the assumption that RA=BG, nothing would have prevented me from somehow leaving Delphi during those years before the arrest. But he just stood there in plain sight.

No fear, one of the cardinal traits of a sociopath. And yet, why do I sense fear in almost every picture of him after the arrest?
How many years he stayed there before February 2017 and might have done something criminal already? He had a wife with a job and a daughter, who went to school - they perhaps didn't want to move to somewhere else. Maybe, KA had the last saying anyway, and he agreed to it, because he had to conceal the true reasons.
I would like to know, if ever one customer/acquaintance/friend/pub visitor said to him "Do you know what? You are looking exactly like the BG, they (LE) are searching for with billboards in 46 states and flyers around IN!"
He didn't look like OBG, he didn't look like YBG, and probably this short and "soft spoken" CVS employee ran under the radar the whole time. And he noticed it. - MOO

PS: Fear I don't see at all in his eyes, when I'm looking at pics since arrest. But I just now don't find the right expression, how I would describe it. Should I say: he always looks unexpressive, emotionless. Whether it is a fake and with intention, I don't know. Is something bubbling underneath? Idk. - MOO

Andrea B says more or less Abby's death is the one that isn't straight forward out of the two girls.

The cut mark (Abby) is on the left side whereas the bleeding under the hoodie is to the right side and she isn't sitting upright or anything.

The blood is on the opposite side of the cut.

Not a lot of blood is pooled under her and she is really clean.

Abby being clean with hardly any blood on her has been brought up before and a number of times - even back during the 3 day hearing.

Back in July or August I wondered if Abby may have been bled out in the creek for there to be so little blood on her or at the crime scene.

Wondering this again...

Live Now: Day 12 : Richard Allen Trial
Abby's head could have been manipulated by her killer. Maybe she had turned her head and he turned it back, why? Because he was checking to see if she was dead or just because that's the way he wanted her positioned. As far as her not having much blood on her body, she was clothed. IIRC, the back of her sweatshirt (Libby's sweatshirt) was saturated with blood. The testimony makes me certain Abby was murdered where she lay and was found. Testimony also mentioned some of the blood on the bodies was still wet and transport could have caused some final movement before autopsy. AJMO

Maybe his internet history will reveal he’s been on websleuths all this time….they walk amongst us

100% speculation based on clothing recovered in creek & Patrick Cicero testimony: Any observer around would potentially have a good view of people crossing that creek. I don’t think BG risked anyone crossing that creek disrobed, jmo. BG'd only need one set of eyes in his direction and he'd be cooked. Whereas a gun viewed from a far distance might not be seen, multiple people crossing a creek unclothed probably would be. I'd guess they crossed clothed-- and that seems to be supported by the idea that the clothing was damp. So I would tend to guess (only guess) BG forced at least one victim to disrobe on the first side of the creek, and he made that victim or those victims redress in a hurry before they crossed over (from the interruption) to the other side of the creek. This might explain clothing left near the original side of the creek and the mismatched clothing on the other side-- to an extent. Guess only: Libby wore her own pants and the sweatshirt her sister had given her as she crossed, and Abby (guessing) had pretty much all of her original clothing on at that point. So once they got across, he made both victims disrobe on the north side, and then he had one girl out of sight of the other for a period, probably Abby first and Libby last. Where did he take them? Some nearby and equally secluded spot where he could still view the other victim. So he let Abby re-dress herself when he returned for Libby-- but he kept control over the clothing while all this was going on. He gave Abby some of her original clothing to put back on. Maybe it was taking Abby too long to put on her wet jeans and he gave her Libby’s pants at that point, and the sweatshirt Libby had been wearing. My guess is at around that point he put something in or over Abby’s mouth and something (soft/clothing of some kind but well-knotted) restraining her hands. He took Libby out of sight, returned with her, and then stabbed them both in quick succession, ensuring no screams.

He’d undoubtedly lied to them and told them they’d be released, again, all jmo, and I'm not committing myself 100% to this theory. But it does to me make sense in terms of the crossing of the creek and the discarded and mismatched clothing, and some of the info I saw in the blood spatter expert's testimony. There's no way I think BG took victims across that creek disrobed and I tried to think the info we already have through as best I could based on that.

I may have missed this but, has it been said that either of the girl's DNA was found on the other?
Yes, and mixtures of both

Yes, I know his family would object. I’m just saying that if I were in his shoes I would have moved away within a year no matter what. I might even just go missing. Alone.

His remaining in Delphi lowered the threshold for being discovered by a lot. IMO

I’ve avoided watching the You Tube, podcast and social media folks. Agree, their reports conflict too much. Having a J School degree really does matter.

The judge really should have let a pool camera live stream the proceedings. It’s a fairly common practice these days. Camera operators are very adept at not showing jurors faces or the video screens when graphic crime scene evidence is displayed in court.

No DNA on it. Seems maybe it was in the creek linger and not associated with the murders, just caught up in the same spot on the edge of the creek.

"She told the jury that the green scarf from the creek “may not have been related to the timing of the crime.” She says there is no DNA on it."

His first confession to his wife was allegedly April 2023, his arrest was in Oct 2022.

The bigger discovery document dumps were done later in 2023, IIRC. June 2023 was when some of those documents were unsealed, noting cause of death.

Maybe his lawyers or their helpful staff/interns sat him down for a chat and told him all the facts of the crime scene before he started confessing? So RA was loaded for bear with every detail. He knew it all so how can we ever believe his confessions? Right? ;) 60+ are coming and I really hope MM et al can gives us accurate content and context for each one!

I see evil in RA's eyes. Cold, blank stares like a shark.

I agree, I don't listen to Internet Cranks, YouTubers especially. They are in it for the like$$ and click$$$. At least audio would have been better, allowing us to hear with our own ears the words that are spoken. JMO

But that could be down to his meds….the spaced out look.
No, I don't see spaced out, I'm talking about photos even pre arrest. I mean evil looking, dead eyes. MOO

When did discovery begin? I don’t recall offhand, but he began confessing not long after his arrest.
The major portion of the State's discovery was dropped off by R&B's assistant in early April. RA had already written a confession to the Warden as was posted here dated March 5th.

RA told KA in November right after his arrest, that if it became 'too much for her' he would just plead guilty.

I believe it was his reviewing the State's discovery and then becoming angry, destroying his first tablet that he communicated with his family on. Banging his head against the bars, allegedly eating his own feces, etc. JMO

See, I think maybe this is one area where my autism gives me a different perspective. To me, photographs of serial killers and Nobel Peace Prize recipients alike just look like... people. I don't think a photograph of someone can tell you anything about their thoughts, intentions, or the dark secrets of the heart. It's all in the perception of the viewer, and knowing that someone is accused of something heinous, a lot of people perceive ill intent or malice where I just see a resting face, boredom, attention, curiosity...

Video, you might see expressions that give you more, but a photograph? To me, it reveals nothing that marks a killer from a nonkiller.

Shakespeare said it pretty well. "There's no art to find the mind's construction in the face."

I see a guy I could have passed on the street or had serve me at a pharmacy and never thought about again. And obviously, that's true, because he passed for normal for five whole years and wasn't tripped up by being spotted as a monster, he was caught because he'd done what he thought a regular, helpful human being would do - reported he'd been at the scene of the crime.
