If there was no one on else on the trails who is the man the second witness described as BG walking near freedom bridge at 2:15 pm?

2 minutes after the down the hill video began recording.
What witness are you talking about?

Oh for sure, what I was trying to say in reply to another poster is I don't think he made a choice between BB and Libby and Abby. I think he simply let BB go before he even saw Libby and Abby.
M00 I don't think he "let her go." I feel it was more that she flipped a U turn right at the beginning of the bridge. She left and he kept scoping for prey.

That is a very iffy "confession" if you ask me. One could easily interpret it as a grandiose offer to "fall on one's sword" and plead guilty to the murders just to take pressure of the trial off of RA's spouse, not because he actually murdered the girls. IMO
Quite a noble guy, that RA.
Though an innocent man, he would be willing to accept LWOP in prison to spare his spouse the pressure of his trial. o_O

I'm less confident than I think you might be in terms of changing minds. I think no matter which way these confessions go some opinions seem very entrenched.

My hope is that as much of the detail as possible is laid out for the jury to make sense of, with minimal editing or leading of the witness. Give the jury as much room to make their own minds up about content, validity, context etc.

I think 61+ just might do that. MO

I quote from the legal docs and approved sources. I give links to both.
The timelines don't match. Even Kelsi's testimony to the time she dropped the girls does not match the time in the PCA. shrug...
People can misjudge time. Which do you find more unlikely?

1) A person was off by a few minutes about the time they did something
2) The video evidence, Snapchat evidence, eyewitness testimony is all incorrect?

They sent Snapchat photos on the way to the bridge, at 2:41 and 2:43 respectively. BB saw the girls on her way out. HH video shows BB’s vehicle and KG’s vehicle going towards Mears trailhead at times consistent with everything. The eyewitness reports further corroborate everything seen in digital evidence.

Probably the inmate that heard the box cutter information. That would be my guess, since it's been mentioned by the pathologist and Holeman in testimony.

but I thought the defense said RA being read his rights was not on video? And yet, apparently it was? How interesting. IMO
------------------------------------------
Court docs show that on Oct. 13, 2022, Allen and his wife drove from Delphi to ISP’s Lafayette Post to pick up a car that had been seized 13 days earlier by troopers. However, when they arrived, Allen says he was separated from his wife and taken inside for questioning.

Allen’s attorneys argue that during this interview, ISP Trooper Holeman violated multiple basic police procedures including not reading Allen his Miranda Rights Warning, not telling him he was free to go at any time and not telling him that the interview was being recorded.

Interviews look to be different. One is a Mullin/Liggett interview, one is Holeman.

We'll see, I'm prepared to accept the findings either way. I'm not invested in anything other than the truth leading to justice.

She was incorrect about the timing, as evidenced by the timestamp on the photograph taken shortly before they saw this man. BB seeing the girls on the bridge as she was driving back to the bridge corroborates the timing of the photo and the timing of passing BG much earlier than 2:15.

It’s so fricken stupid, but we knew this would be the case because of previous defense tactics.
The “non-Miranda” interview was on 10/26. Someone goofed on the dates there.

so he was interviewed twice on the 13th or it was several investigators interviewing him in shifts?

I haven't seen that there was a man walking by the freedom bridge at 2:15pm do you have a link for that? I just saw that the three juvenile witnesses saw someone after they took their photo at 1:26p near the freedom Bridge.

What in world could be redacted in a murder investigation's LE interviews? Holeman already testified to the rapport building chit chat. Why redact anything? It can possibly mess with context. Maybe it was just names of family and co-workers? Those I could see but anything else and the whole tone of what happened and how could be removed. JMO
Yeah, my guess is personal information of parties unrelated to this case. Or some personal information related to him (phone number, something like that).

I imagine the defense agreed to this.

Then I suppose I must look forward to hearing about the interview on the 26th later today to find out if DT's allegation is true or just more creative spin.

ETA as a reminder, this is what Defense filed to try to get that second interview on the 26th suppressed. So yeah, I look forward to hearing about that one. chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://fox59.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/21/2024/04/Motionpdf.pdf

I had it right in my head, so I think I got the correct information somewhere.

One other point to note - and this cannot be henpecked - the HHS video is internally consistent.

So we know what time BB arrived relative to the girls.

Add in the time-stamp from the juvenile girl's photo, text message from libby to the juvenile girl, and time stamp of the bridge guy video, and the fitbit data - you don't need any of the identity evidence. All you need to know is that RA agreed he saw the group of girls, and that he was on platform 1.

For instance, one of the juvenile girls is incorrect about what time it was - but that doesn't matter because we know what time it actually was.
Those girls also took photos that can be time stamped to prove their timeline. We also found out later that Libby messaged one of them and asked if they were still there and she said they were already gone. Those times are set.
