I want to watch these interrogation videos so bad.

In my opinion the way richard Allen cones across is not that of a guilty man, but it is hard to tell without seeing body language.

You usually don’t have suspects cursing out cops for implicating them in homicides if they are guilty.

JMO.

Me too!

Body language, eyes and even how sentences are worded and expressed.

Like yesterday!!! Those Interrogations should be released now.

RA has to prove it was not him on the bridge at the time that is consistent with all the witness statements and a video that is also consistent with his admitted outfit and his appearance.

RSBM

The burden of proof falls on the state not Richard Allen.

She didn’t testify to this nor did an investigator testify to it, TMS stated that they heard it in the interview
Oh ok, so her own words during an LE interview. Sounds like she was maybe disillusioned by her husband. JMO

“I’ve been across the high bridge when it was in better shape,” he told them.
[snip]
Allen said he was no “angel of a person,” adding that he was “like everyone else.”
[snip]
“I’ve never met them [the girls],” Allen said.

He then revealed that he was “going to shoot” himself that night.

“It’s not like I killed two girls and now I’ve got psychological problems,” he said.

I really wish we could watch these ourselves. I want to know if by "that" night he means the night of February 13th.

ETA I also note he indicates his familiarity with the bridge and has been across it in the past, when it was in "better" shape. Doesn't want LE looking at his internet history because he is "no angel of a person"

Can't wait to see these Interrogations myself!

In this case I couldn't disagree with that more. There was no coercion, no browbeating under interrogation, RA's conditions were better than most others and his anxiety and depression were not severe enough or genuine enough to warrant thinking he's been strong armed into falsely confessing.

No his problem was the guilt and not wanting to go to h e l l for eternity. That's what ISP Harshman heard over and over. His mental health doctor herself said RA was faking it and the guards trained to spot honest changes in demeaner and deceivers.

I've never been more sure that RA has confessed the truth. He's not an innocent man. He's not been wrongly accused of Abby and Libby's murders. He killed them, just like he said and there's more evidence of his want to atone to come. AJMO
Well, I don’t mind that we disgree. I always appreciate the discussion even if we don’t agree. I wonder how the jury is feeling given we don’t have the benefit of seeing or hearing first hand as they do and knowing how divided we are in here. Moo.

Thanks. But he wasn’t at the scene, was he? He’s a blood spatter guy - I’m not sure restraints are within his area of expertise but thanks again!
Yes he did visit the scene also

I could very well be mistaken but I seem to recall one of the other forensics folks (maybe the autopsy) or CS analysts saying there were no classic signs or noticeable signs or markings of restraints being used. Paraphrasing for brevity.

I feel it would have been possible for a type of choke hold (not one on the throat, but in sides of neck) could have been applied at some point on one, mysterious mark around mouth/chin could have been a scratch trying to,reach up & pull the perp’s arm away. If RA was involved, he did have a military background, just not sure how extensive NG training might be compared to full fledged military combat/self defense training.

I’m completely sickened by the way Richard Allen was treated before his constitutional right to a fair trial.

The fact that this happened in America should terrify everyone here

The fact they let these psychotic ramblings into evidence as confessions is equally appalling

Jmo
Respectfully, couldn't disagree more.

Both interviews and everything about RA as an individual that I know all give me a “not guilty” vibe.
It’s so strange. Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde

Imo

Don't know if he is innocent or not, but I want to see those interrogations or interviews and to know that the right man is on trial.

Look at that character on the Green Mile that was innocent yet he chose the path he did even though...

There are a number of cases where a convicted person and their families have paid the price of guilty when they were in fact innocent.

I need to know without a doubt that the right man is on trial in Delphi.

JMO MOO JMT

Respectfully

The Green Mile is fiction.

And the legal standard is beyond a reasonable doubt, not without a doubt.

Also, I can't think off the top of my head where " a convicted person and their families have paid the price of guilty when they were in fact innocent."

Which cases are you referring to?
