Has anyone who was in court and heard Richard Allen's interrogation video said if his voice matches Bridge Guy's voice?
Lawyer Lee said she didn't think it did. However she said other people in the courtroom did think RA sounded like "BG."

Yes, it only matters what the jury thought about whether it sounded like RA or not.Lawyer Lee said she didn't think it did. However she said other people in the courtroom did think RA sounded like "BG."
Wouldn't that be because there were DOC employees and prisoners that were testifying? That would be my 1st thought. I am up too late and may just not be seeing how that means anyone is worried.
Yes, it only matters what the jury thought about whether it sounded like RA or not.
We all have our own preconceived biases which makes it a good thing that we aren't on the jury.
IMO
Not intending to debate at all, just clarifying what I stated. I believe you’re misunderstanding my reply. I probably could have worded that first sentence more clearly. I wasn’t disagreeing with your initial thoughts regarding his testimony. It was clarifying what was said. He didn’t name a murder weapon but he did mention (allude to) a box cutter. That was all. I didn’t state or intend to imply differently. Hope that makes sense.respectfully, that is not testimony that a box cutter was the murder weapon. It’s an option that he thought about, most likely after the prosecution told him about Richard Allen’s ramblings since his stance changed after he was deposed.
If that’s what the prosecution is relying on for their evidence only a killer would know they are in for a rough next few weeks
Thank you. Yes. And follows all MOO. I have knownn people awaiting trial for murder — visited with them, and spoken with them extensively on the phone. RA’s treatment as so far described is truly better than those I have known. He had a tablet and access to movies and games. A private cell. A private TV. Recreation time 5 days a week. Regular medical and psychological evaluation. These are NOT amenities all inmates awaiting trial around this country are afforded.IK killed himself in jail after confessing to half a dozen murders. His condition of confessing to LE was that he receive the DP immediately after conviction. I guess he took the DP into his own hands.
RA was not is solitary confinement in a black hole in the prison basement, but located on a segregated unit ward with the most supervision. He had daily interaction with others, rec time, a tablet to phone his family and peruse approved books or movies, access to religious services. He had access to physical and mental health experts that he would not have had had they kept him in the CC Jail.
On vacation these would be unacceptable conditions, RA was an accused Defendant in a gruesome double homicide.

RSBMy’all don’t trip!
I remember, LE said, they had recognized a tone of annoyance/impatience/irritability/being exhausted, as if he had said his order already once and the girls didn't do as wanted. I forgot the exact adjective (and this is angering me atm). If they heard an emotion out of the short order GDTH, then it seems, it wasn't quite "robotic". MOODefinitely.
Lawyer Lee then went on to say that she thought "BG's" voice sounded "robotic."
Whatever that means.
Clemmons also wrote down a number of things Allen said in April 2022.
Roberts read aloud to the jury some of the things he heard Allen say while looking over him.
- "God I am so glad nobody gave up on me after I killed Abby and Libby."
- "I am ready to confess."
- "I don't want to die."
- "I am not crazy. I am only acting like I am crazy."
Detention deputy James Early was next on the stand. He served as a suicide companion and testified to a number of things he wrote on his log sheet recounting Allen's words and behaviors.
- "Dear lord forgive me for molesting Abby, Libby and Chris."
- "Dear lord forgive me for molesting Abby, Libby, Chris and Kevin."
- "I want to confess. I know a lot more."
- "What more do I got to do."
- "I killed Abby and Libby. My wife wasn't involved. I would like to confess."
- "Can I talk? Can you listen? I killed Abby and Libby."
- "How do I prove I'm sane?"
- "Why are you doing this? Do you know God? Why now? I killed Abby and Libby."
- "I'll take some KFC. My grandpa molested me."
- "Do I make you mad? Have I told you about my wife? I killed Abby and Libby."
- "God, I am sorry for wasting your time."
- "I swear I never cheated on a cigarette."
- "I thought I was eating pizza."
Miller read his suicide companion log with the following submission he wrote Allen told him:
- Allen pacing back and forth, "I am ready to confess."
- "I swear to God, I killed Abby and Libby. me running."
- "I am ready to take the test. . Ready to confess.
- Allen drank his toilet water and hot sauce. He appeared to urinate on his mat.
- Allen talking at the door about himself and Kathy. He can be heard mumbling about being a sex addict.
- Allen is awake mimicking Officer Early's movements. He is asking random questions. "Can I confess to the warden and Dr. Wala?"
- "I'm already dead."
Fisher said Allen requested to speak to the warden to confess that he is guilty, twice.
- "I killed Abby and Libby."
- "The funniest joke is how I killed them."
- "I got what I deserved for what I did. I hope I burn in h**l for what I did."
- "I'm sorry for what I did. For killing them." Miller said Allen was crying when he said that.
- "I'm sorry for killing those kids."
- "I only killed them to give my family more time to live."
He was the final suicide companion to testify as to what he heard Richard Allen say while being observed.
- "I killed two girls in Delphi with a box cutter that I stole from CVS and threw it in the trash."
- "I want to write a confession."
- "I killed Abby and Libby."
- Allen continues to say he killed Abby and Libby and raped them.
- "The girls were screaming when I killed them."
- Allen is pretending he is living in medieval times
- Allen repeated "Kathy" several times and was running into his door.
- "Kathy I did it. I'm guilty. Run Kathy, run."
- "If I fu***d those girls, I fu***d those girls. If I killed those girls, I killed them."
- "My name is Richard Matthew Allen of the National Guard." Allen then began singing God Bless America.
- Allen stuffed papers into his toilet.
- "I killed those girls so I have to kill myself."

Delphi Murders Trial: Day 10| Jury watches Richard Allen's police interviews, testimony on alleged confessions
In the Delphi Murders Trial on Tuesday, video evidence of Richard Allen's interview with police was seen in court for the first time. It was also the first time the court heard Allen's voice.www.wrtv.com
Don't think this is someone that knows only the details the killer would know - not just yet.
"I swear I never cheated on a cigarette."
Definitely not someone that is thinking straight that is for sure.

BBMLook at that character on the Green Mile that was innocent yet he chose the path he did even though...
There are a number of cases where a convicted person and their families have paid the price of guilty when they were in fact innocent.
I need to know without a doubt that the right man is on trial in Delphi.
JMO MOO JMT
Do you have a source that it’s a “maximum security prison” and that this is “quite literally unheard of”?They kept a man that has never been convicted of a crime in solitary confinement in a maximum security prison for 13 months and are using his psychotic ramblings as evidence against him.
This is quite literally unheard of in our justice system and I truly expect severe consequences to come down on people for violations of Richard Allen’s constitutional rights.

This episode on Investigaton Discovery about the crime is a must see!
This episode titled: "Down the Hill" is dated June 3, 2019.
It was posted more than three years before RA's arrest.
I was correct, "BG," was at the "Down the Hill" side of the bridge in between Platform 5 and 6 when Libby recorded video of him on her cellphone.
"BG" is actually closer to Platform 6 as you will see in the video.
It states in the video that "BG" is approximately 40 feet away from the end of the bridge. Meaning he is right up on the girls.'
The video at the link shows "BG" on the bridge synced with the actual tree's and tree line.

A few minutes after "BG" is shown, they play the audio from Libby's video.
