The trail timeline to identify Richard Allen as Bridge guy is absolutely key here and I just don't think the prosecution are doing enough to get their facts across to the jury.
The fact a day or so after the murders he said he was there between 13:30 & 15:30. But 5 (FIVE!) years later he changed that time frame to much earlier. Ask yourselves what is likely to be the more vivid memory? Days after or multiple years?
No photos in court showing the perspective Betsy Blair would've had from her vantage point to the first platform. It was about 100 yards wasn't it. Very difficult to give an age approximation from that distance. She did so anyway and the defense have been hanging on it.
As far as I can see they haven't presented exactly where the group of girls saw him on the trail and I also think at trial they didn't ask the witnesses from that group in which direction he was travelling?

When asked in 2022 if he had ever crossed the full length of the bridge on previous trips to the trails he said it was treacherous and not something he had done for years. The girls were murdered 'years' before this interview!
There are many more details that haven't been mentioned imo.
The prosecution are really showing a lack of thorough investigation to me.
They are tiny details, but in the scheme of things put together they are huge ...but I don't get the impression the prosecution are getting it across.

The prosecution? Oh they are getting across just fine. Don't underestimate the thinking/questioning ability of this jury. This is coming back as Guilty.

Can someone refresh my memory as to who got served a Subpoena while testifying.

You mean Webber when the DT worked underhanded for showy display?

Like they did with the hair in opening statements for shock and awe, knowing full well its was Kelsie's.

Or maybe it was just an irresponsible action by the DT. They are known for it. Lest we forget the defense team leaving their crime scene photos unsecured and allowed access by a person without clearance.
Edit: Who then sold them to the media.

Their serious failure almost cost this trials existence.

If they’ve absolutely nothing to even try to refute that 1:00 to 3:30pm timeline, or even what RA was actually doing when nobody else saw him, it won’t take the jury very long to convict. JMO

The girl may have stated that time in a depo with them too, so they used it in their opening. You would think they would have investigated the proper times though. Imo.

I hope so because it sounds like they were already stalling witnesses on Friday by dragging out the questioning and seeming to take a lot of time to ask questions. Ideally they would wrap it up today.

Been trying to figure out Jesse James witness being called by DT. In April of this year they were seeking to depose this inmate and requested the court issue an order to IDOC to allow the deposition. Was that order ever granted and this inmate deposed?

Trying to figure out if they are hoping they can get him to testify about patch wearing guards. If they elicit testimony about alleged pagan neo nazi guards, then what? They ask to introduce evidence of said culty guards? Is tis them trying to get the Odin stuff in the back door?

Maybe she saw the pic and thought it was him and asked him and he said he wasn't on the bridge that day. I dont know but I find it a little hard to believe she didn't even suspect a little that was him in the pic. Of course I'm not her so I don't know what she was thinking. Moo.

I think he maybe thought the photo was from a trail camera. He possibly didn’t know it was from Libby’s camera. He likely wondered where the camera (phone) went since he didn’t take it from the crime scene.
