No, 13 months later. The mistake in his name/address was discovered 9/22 and he was arrested 10/28/22.

What was the motive?

I didn't hear the Pros outline a motive unless I missed it?

Started as sexual assault ended in murder.

Yes, and that’s completely understandable. What I wonder is do they think the Prosecution proved BARD that RA is the killer? Or do they think the Defense raised a reasonable doubt.

They won't comment while the gag order is in place. They have in the past, before the gag order, shown their total support of LE. I'd think that would include the Prosecutors, MO

Yes but the question was how long after the FBI left the investigation did local LE begin investigating RA. It was not “right after”.

Totally moo, but this feels like the ultimate slap in the face to Abby, Libby, and their families. Like a little kid “ooh, MY coffee is yummy, I’m so happy I get to enjoy this wonderful drink while you’re sitting there crying over your dead kids. See, I’m not an evil man, reading my bible and smiling at my attorney. Give me head pats and tell me I’m a good boy.” It’s infuriating to me.

This is another reason I believe he is guilty as he has never shown any kind of compassion towards the families of Abby and Libby in court. He is very cold and calculated and knows what games to play.

Just a vile predator who I hope gets what’s coming to him.

Thank you for specifying. I had alluded to ~6 months in an earlier post & was not adding the additional months past Jan. 2022 - was going from memory as well.

I’m not familiar with Sarah Boone, but I think this jury deserves a ton of credit for how engaged they are and how critically they examined/questioned the testimonies. They asked insightful questions and from what we’ve heard, they aren’t taking their duties lightly. No matter the verdict, I’m confident the jury is giving this the amount of deep deliberation it deserves.

or... perhaps Dr. Wala told HIM a motive and then he repeated it back. Nothing she testified to is credible imo - she was wholly unprofessional & unethical!! I don't care what he is said to have told her knowing that she was following the case in every possible way online, and accessing records she was not meant to. Moo.

I guess I’m trying to say, and my speculation and opinion only, there are a lot of posters who are absolutely adamant that RA is the perpetrator and there could literally be no one else when I have pointed out and seen there are issues with the prosecutions case that, to me show there is potentially reasonable doubt on whether RA is the perpetrator, and I’m not saying he didn’t do it necessarily, just that it can been seen from some angles as a weak case

Well, Just like Garry Atman denied killing more than 4 but, on his death bed he admitted to killing 11 total. So I guess time will tell if he (RA) actually did it or not.

I get your point but I feel the need to repeat-
I don’t believe anyone here, on either side of the fence, thinks this was/is a slam dunk case. Not that I’ve noticed/read about anyways.

Slam dunk cases are fairly rare imo.

I’ve seen juries return very swift guilty and not guilty verdicts and unless some of the Jurors speak publicly post trial and tell us the dynamics or specifics of what went down in the Jury room, can only assume/speculate that in those cases jurors were pretty much all on the same page/convinced as soon as deliberations started and/or shortly thereafter.

It really just depends on the case, the complexities, volume of evidence to go over/review etc, etc. but generally I agree the longer a Jury is out is a sign that one or two or more jurors are not convinced, have more questions, need more time etc. to make their decision for whatever number of reasons.

Personally in this high profile complex of a case, I’m not at all surprised they’ve been deliberating a couple days and won’t be surprised if we don’t hear a verdict on Monday either. I really hope we do, it’s just impossible to predict.

I know sometimes I am like a dog with a bone but.....

M00 it always had bugged me that RA lists and talks with Abby first and Libby second. The general populous lists Libby first. I know I know, it doesn't happen every time.

But, with the post up above, he did it again! Also, when he wrote out that he wanted to confess to the murder of Abby (it seemed he in moo listened Libby as an after thought). If I remember correctly @otto wrote something similar.

They found Abby reclothed.
They found Abby with one slit on her neck.
Even Cisero said "Abby had no blood on her hands or sleeves of the sweatshirt she wore. Cicero called it “very unusual” for there not to be blood on Abby’s hands and that he’d “never seen” that before when there is no evidence of being tied up."

My point is: Just the other day we were told in closing that Abby was slit first! (I always thought it was Libby first).

This is huge to me.

M00, each and every time he wants to confess, he is re-seeing everything in his mind's eye. He killed Abby first. That is why most of the time he will list Abby first!

This is one more thing that tells me he did it! M00
