There’s always the possibility of a retrial. IMOI am praying it’s not as it would be a total miscarriage of justice for the Abby and Libby and their families.

Great post. I have also went over and over this. Libby and Abby deserved better in so many cases. It is the most critical part in the jigsaw for me.
Something about the Dulin involvement really baffles me.
So he interviews a guy who, if your assumption is correct has just given a statement describing the near identical set of clothes he was wearing to that of a person of interest LE had released days before?
Were alarm bells not ringing in Dulins head?
Days later the person in the photo was described not only as a person police wanted to speak to but the number one suspect in murdering the girls!
Again. Did Dulin not wonder what happened to the guy he interviewed and chase it up again?
Did Dulin write or advise on writing 'cleared' on the sheet?
Did he know Allen prior to meeting him in that car park? Were they friendly with one another?
I wonder how many times it made a difference. This happens often, with other trials. The judges understand.
I doubt any of them will want to reveal their identities. IMOWhatever they decide. I hope the jurors talk to the media so we can hear their thoughts on the evidence etc.
Why would you assume that? Both the state & defense had opportunity to present evidence as allowed.I’m assuming these jurors know very little about the past seven years of this case?

Whatever they decide. I hope the jurors talk to the media so we can hear their thoughts on the evidence etc.
Yes, a hung jury is a mistrial and there has to be some attempt to resolve the issue before declaring a mistrial. It is a common practice…to try to get the jurors to agree before declaring a hung.

Regardless, I don’t think anyone in the pro-RA camp should be hoping for a hung jury. It just keeps him in pre-trial detention (being tortured, apparently), introduces more time for more confessions, keeps the case from being appealed or him to be set free otherwise. It’s the worst possible outcome for the defense right now.

Because the world is crazy and full of unkind people who track others down to their homes for clicks. That would be reason enough, imo.I don't see why not.
I reckon they will be advised not to. IMO it will be a guilty verdict and you can just imagine what the pro RA brigade will be like, especially if they have juror identities... There were already attempts at doxxing them I believeI don't see why not.
I'm thinking there might be one adamant person who cannot be swayed. But, I hope they are simply watching the videos on repeat, which takes time. The more time that passes the more I’m thinking a hung jury. There is no way it will be Not guilty as its quite clearly him so there is only two options.
imo
Timestamp 39.45 in Lauren's video for a sketch of a photo shown in court, and explanation of Livor Mortis on Abby's body (for anyone interested)
Authorities are collecting evidence on property in Cherokee County just north of Milton after human remains were found, law enforcement officials said Saturday.
The residence is on the 2000 block of Purcell Lane, Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Marianne Kelley said in a news release. Kelley said the remains were located in a wooded area to the rear of the residence by owners of the property.
Deputies arrived sometime Friday morning, and police remained at the scene Saturday. The property includes a pond, a creek, several pastures and an extensive amount of wooded...
