Ain't no way it's not guilty. Either guilty, or one holdout hung jury.
Oh man. I figured a verdict meant a true verdict, not an announcement of hung jury. Yikes.

I’m literally shaking. I’m sure many of us are.
I will respect the jury’s decision on a verdict.

My knees locked as I read that we have a verdict. My thoughts with the families, as always.

Not sure if reputable or not.

That would come back as no verdict.

I believe we have a guilty verdict.

I just checked in for my doctor appointment and thought I would sneak a peek and now I’m more nervous for the verdict than my radiologist oncologist appointment!
Good luck with your appointment!! I hope all goes well!

So hopefully by 3:30.

I want justice for Abby and Libby so badly. I’ve watched these threads from the beginning when the girls went missing. I’ve read how rare it is for double child stranger abductions. And had a bit of hope when the a_s link was found and there was so much speculation that it was multiple people involved. I watched the press conferences. And I celebrated when RA was arrested years later. Honestly, I lost hope they’d solve their murders.

I doubt I could have watched the trial. It’s just too heinous. But I’ve been reading and watching. Hoping and praying that the jury can sort through the truth. That enough clear evidence has been presented that gives an answer as to who did this. I’m not going to assign guilt or innocence since I’m not sure I’ve heard all the evidence. My thoughts are with the family. This wait must be awful for them.

If it was hung, wouldn't we have heard that the judge sent them back in??

Also we would not get the news that a verdict has been made.

It does defy the law of gravity because blood doesn't flow upwards like that at all unless a person is upside down, doing a handstand or angled in some way for it to saturate the head area like that.
The blood "flow' seemed fairly consistent with her body being dragged.

Wishing you a good report, @SeattleStew .

I don’t have social media and Google is not showing me any result yet, so I’m hanging out here.

Fingers crossed. My respect for the jury whatever their verdict may be, but I do hope it’s guilty on all counts.

I guess a verdict would have to be guilty or not guilty. Don't mind me. Haven't slept much lol.

I suspect it is guilty, too short a deliberation for hung jury or a hold out for not guilty-hoping I’m wrong!

CourtTV is now reporting a verdict has been reached

They got news about 1:15. RA not at courthouse yet. KA not at courthouse yet.
No time has been given when verdict will be read.

About 18 hours of deliberations

It will take time to assemble counsel, RA....

Then we wait for the first reporters....
