I think RA could have mentioned in his self reported tip #74, two days before he spoke to DD, what he was wearing. Two different Carroll County articles claim this.
Also, does DD's tip narrative actually have more to it than what was contained in RA's PCA? DD testified that RA told him a slightly earlier time at first and then settled on 1:30 to 3:30 and that earlier time is not mentioned in that tip narrative.
