I hope someone persuades MW to spill the beans. I'm curious about his motive behind stabbing Baldwin in the back. MW a low-life thief who got off scot-free for his part in putting those pictures into the public domain. MOO
One would think the victim could have pressed more serious charges for theft of evidence in a high profile murder trial if they really wanted to do so. JMO
Hi FG - you cold yet? I’m done with winter already but yesterday should have been the shortest day of the year, so longer periods of sunlight going forward.
His channel disclaimer says it’s for educational purposes only. If someone has the money to legally challenge that, I’d love to see it. Me, personally, it’s a free country. I don’t have to listen to him or anyone else affiliated with him run their mouths about anything I don’t wish to hear. I’m not excusing anyone for what they say, mind you. I just simply don’t care. Not worth my effort to care what idiots wish to say or believe. Wrap that foil tight to the head, I guess.
Erica Morse seems a bit unhinged to me. She claims they’ve caught Holeman changing his story yet the defense didn’t object or call him out on it in court after Holeman testified. I do recall the defense made these claims in their opening statement - watch as the state changes thing right before your eyes. Then NOTHING, zilch addressing that claim. I think she’s just blowing smoke. Why say things like that & then not follow through DURING the trial? That makes ZERO sense to me.
Just more ‘bombshells" that are in reality nothing more than a dud.
She knows he’s guilty in my opinion.
She’s just been playing a part the defense team asked her to play in their massive manipulation plan, and she willing did it. She liked their attention.
Yes, I agree completely. Both Abby & Libby were amazing with Libby recording the pervert and Abby hiding the phone. They were BFF's and so courageous until the very end.
I was gutted when I read Abby's mother saying the last words she'll ever hear spoken by Abby was from Libby's video saying to her "Don't leave me here" while she was still on the end of the bridge, and Libby didn't. Hearing the families being able to speak out finally really drives home that this was a case of the senseless, brutal murders of Abby & Libby, not about that cruel, evil, weak, and small little man.
I can't find a link to article describing the impact statement, but hearing about how Abby was incredibly shy and how devastating the final moments of her life--forcing herself to speak to RA and everything she was forced to do afterwards--was especially gut wrenching.

<thank you. I have plenty more for the upcoming seasons>
utterly disgusting
Baldwin sitting there cuddling and coddling RA in court like a mother and her small child.
Unbelievable, sickening and damn maddening.
I am disturbed by this. It’s one thing for appellate attorneys to fight for constitutional rights. It’s quite another for the defence team to openly accuse law enforcement of corruption.
It worked for OJ Simpson. OJ's attorney Johnny Cochran was quite successful in claiming the Los Angeles Police Department was corrupt and trying to frame OJ by planting the "bloody glove" etc., Cochran is now considered by some to be a respected and successful defense attorney.
Maybe Richard Allen's defense team was hoping for success using a similar approach. They didn't fully think out there is a huge difference between a downtown Los Angeles jury and a rural Indiana jury. MOO

Me, too.
My speculation runs more to MW and AB having a pre-agreement on MW taking the fall if necessary. Per my speculation, MW was the loyal comrade, not a backstabbing former friend.
MOO, IMO, and labeled as such.

POLICE investigating the Delphi murders appeared to make a breakthrough this week – arresting a man nearly six years on from the mystery deaths of two teens. It’s understood Richard All…

Yes good point. I get the feeling in this post trial phase it's a rather desperate attempt to drive engagement given the Baldwin/Rozzi era is effectively now over.
I also wonder if Dr Wala can sue on the allegations in the defense diaries podcast. These aren't allegations made in the judicial process of the RA trial. But rather on a podcast post verdict?
I wouldn't call this merely 'taking pics of pics'. It was the distribution of brutal crime scene images of two innocent young girls Abby & Libby left nude (Libby) broken and bleeding in the dirt, whose family members have been tormented by from a very sick group of RA defenders and internet cranks.
Abby's mother said she cannot sleep at night without those images being played over and over in her mind. Seeing her only child, once lively, kind, and beautiful daughter lying dead on the ground. Let alone for all the world to see.
It is so much more than disgusting and something I would not wish on any parent, not even Rozzi, Baldwin, or MW.
Hmmm - @Quim The Extraordinaire seems to smell what I’m stepping in before I’ve even done it. Maybe if he did spill any beans, that would be the actual stabbing of AB in the back.

I'm not an advocate of showing gruesome crime scene photos in court or out of court. I feel horrible that the family had to see them. I believe the ones Nick showed were even worse than the ones released by MW and friends.
I personally have never seen the actual photos; the only ones I've seen are pictures of what others claim to have seen. I've always wondered if images of the scene were taken and released soon after the murders. If there are any, they will eventually surface.
In the DD episode linked earlier today, BM explicitly mentioned AB having his arm around RA during the sentencing hearing, which I find very weird he would even point that out. It was also reported AB did this either during jury selection or the early stages of the actual trial in Delphi. It was also reported AB would bring coffee to RA during the trial.

NM the State's Prosecutor needed to show the photos as part of the prosecution's case to convict a double child murderer. He warned the families ahead of time and they chose to stay and be there for Abby & Libby.
That's a lot different than taking a 'picture of a picture' to spread around on the internet for kicks or to help the Defense spread their false narrative of the Franks Memo.
I've never seen the photos (I couldn't even read the 9 pages of grotesque Crime Scene details the D needlessly put in their Franks) and anyone that played a part in those photos making it out onto the internet needs to be charged with CSAM IMO.
It goes back to the old saying...Karma. What you put out into the world is what is going to come back to you.
Convicted RA, take a seat, a long 130 year old seat and please just go away.
Potential "Child Wrongful Death" Civil Suit against RA?
Briefly. Per info below re IN. "Child Wrongful Death Act,"* imo a civil action filed now would very, very LIKELY be barred by the TWO YEAR Statute of Limitations. Hesitating to make a more definitive answer.**
Welcoming other thoughts. Anyone?
As others posted, RA is likely judgment proof, so filing a CWDA petition would be an exercise in futility. imo.

Relevant hardcopy pages for CWDA = 9 - 21 (e-pages 11 - 23)
Page re 2 yr. SoL = hardcopy page 15 et seq. (e-page 17).
Paraphrasing from article:
The CWDA does not have an express Statute of Limitation as the Adult WRA does. IN. appellate courts have concluded that the SoL for CWDA cases is "generally two years after the date of death," the same as Adult WDA cases. Article said "generally two years" and cited a case arising from a medical malpractice case (clearly not applicable here to A & L's deaths), which has a longer SoL.
