Yeah, it's pretty locked down at the intake centres. Whatever time of year, he wouldn't be getting any kind of nonessential contact with people from the outside for some time.

Agreed, along with others who assisted in the investigation. I admired how he was able to look past things & treat RA as human. I don’t believe I would have been able to do as such.

I cannot speak to the legality of what EM has claimed. However, it’s been 1, possibly 2 business day(s) since she made those claims. We’re obviously at a time of the year where many things are in a lull. The gag order being lifted may result in more things happening, said or reported once we get past the holidays.

I am happy to at least see someone in the IN media pointing out their actions for all to observe. This coming from the Delphi paper, it’s a guarantee that NM is going to see it. Patience. Let’s see how this plays out. This may just be a strategic, & kind of dumb &/or desperate, move by the D in an attempt to distract those on the state’s side trying to prepare for the appeal. The defense like to pretend they’re confident & winning the battles but they’ve really not ever had any truly monumental wins with anything in this case other than when they were able to continue representing RA. The rest has been shady &/or questionable tactics or just flat out lies.

This Defense has shown, and continues to show, their true nature and it's wickedly ugly and twisted. Their minions are just as bad, if not worse. I hope we never have to see Rozzi or Baldwin's faces again.

He is an Afghan war veteran, former co-owner of a local cocktail bar & continues to help vets with various PTSD awareness & fundraising campaigns. Maybe it was just a job to him but to blatantly post that picture BS out into the public was a boneheaded move IMO. Will be interesting to see how, if any locals react to it around here. Absolutely nothing has appeared in our papers related to team clown other than minor trial coverage. Pretty disappointing but yet not surprising at the same time.

I can’t imagine that she would want to stay in Delphi. I’d want to move to another state or another country and start a new life.

Assuming she is going to stay loyal to her husband, she will likely relocate somewhere within visiting distance of the prison where he will serve his sentence, IMO.

It's the photo, the one the article is talking about.

The DT gifted him a photo in a frame. The subject of the picture and messages inscribed by the DT are deeply insensitive, problematic, and possibly legally iffy, given they name someone who is off limits and not considered a suspect by law enforcement.

To add, it’s a very large framed print/picture looking down the MHB & includes flowers left for the girls in the image. It’s a sort of haunting view - the notes signed by the defense team, as @iamshadow21 points out, are, to me, what makes it seem pretty tasteless.

IMHO from looking at the presentation of the photo...it looks to me like it's an actual trial exhibit (maybe not from the main trial, but from one of the earlier hearings). Which makes it even tackier, TBH.

The EM fiasco leads me to question what kind of operation they were running, and the kinds of internal discussions they were having.

Are we supposed to believe this lady doesn't represent their views when there has been a steady drip drip for 2 years? As Holeman pointed out, they set this tone from their first presser, before reading any of the discovery. They had no idea if he was innocent, but decided to pretend RA was framed from the start. Then came Odinisn, then the leak of the CS photos, then suddenly the Judge was in on it.

Then they opened the trial on the hair, pushed by surrogates.

Now another team member breaks cover and claims Holeman framed RA and Dr Wala was in on it.

Maybe you could believe one event, e.g the leak, was just negligence, but EM revealed this is how they roll IMO

I can't understand how there are people on social media that defend RA by posting his innocence. They claim he was framed by a corrupt police, prosecutor, and judge. Why are they defending this man. What about his confessions?

I realize the only thing that matters is the jurors. IMO, RA will not get an appeal in light of these confessions especially. Even without them, he is guilty. I want Abby and Libby families to heal and move on.

I will have to find a new case to follow. Any suggestions?
