If he was worried about anything on the phone he had at the time why did he hand it to the DD fella when they met? Doesn’t seem like he was worried over it imo.
I think about other cases where DNA has been found in vehicles years and years later. Most recent one in my memory is Morgan nick.

Cars are I guess tricky to rid of DNA despite the years and cleaning, even sometimes changing owners.
I suppose RA could be involved and not the killer and if so would be (should be!!) just as guilty as anyone else involved regardless of role.
I think the “confessions” will be sad to hear and I worry about many things about them. He will could end up convicted but I imagine this case will end up in appeals over various issues for years to come. Or he could end up acquitted. Who knows. Guess we still have to wait and see.
