Allen says in the video “Am I am angel of a person? No, but I guess I just don’t want you looking through every website I ever checked.” He says he’s worried they will “find pieces close to fitting and make it fit.”

interesting that comment. He was worried about them finding pieces that "close" to fit and LE trying to force them to fit. His defense team IMO has been doing exactly that for two years now.

My thought...Interesting reaction in the courtroom.

It’s going to be serious problems for the prosecution if this is how the interview ended and it was not documented in the next interview that he was read his Miranda. JMO

In the video, Allen said there were two cars at the end of the trail near the entrance, a “sedan and an SUV.” Allen says he left around 1-1:30-1:45.

I expect that because there has been no conclusive evidence confirming or denying (yes there is some that appears to contradict but not yet proven is my point) that the issue of when Allen arrived and left is going to be a significant part of the defense's case in chief.

They are talking about the one girl from the group of three who misstated the time as 2:15pm while she was on the stand.

We already know that factually, she got that time wrong while on the stand. She was with the group of three girls and they passed by RA and he admitted seeing them too. They also took photos that are date & time-stamped.

You know, based upon evidence.

Probably best to just recast your reel, it's just another red herring.

He did not admit to seeing them. As has been made clear with today’s interview, he clearly states he saw a young lady and it appeared she was babysitting 2 other girls.

Thats 3 girls, not 4.

Imo it’s very misleading for people to continue stating he proved the states timeline when that information is not correct.

Bridge guy wouldn't have been near the freedom bridge at 2:15 he was on the bridge abducting the girls at that time. If they saw someone else it was RA or another mystery man. But RA says he was gone by 1:27p so it would seem no one saw RA there if that's the case. Because the group of girls saw the guy fitting Bridge guy's description by freedom bridge a little bit after they took their picture at 1:27p.

I realize as a Midwesterner ‘guys’ is very common when addressing multiple individuals, but this stuck out to me for obvious reasons.

People can misjudge time. Which do you find more unlikely?

1) A person was off by a few minutes about the time they did something
2) The video evidence, Snapchat evidence, eyewitness testimony is all incorrect?

They sent Snapchat photos on the way to the bridge, at 2:41 and 2:43 respectively. BB saw the girls on her way out. HH video shows BB’s vehicle and KG’s vehicle going towards Mears trailhead at times consistent with everything. The eyewitness reports further corroborate everything seen in digital evidence.

It depends. When the timeline is as close to this and the rest of a man's life is at stake, then I'm not too keen on adjusting a timeline.

The PCA used Kelsi's leaving time also as her arriving time. We know by Kelsi's testimony that is not correct. I'm sure both the P and the D, by her phone records, GPS and whatever, where she was at a certain time.

One of the 3 witnesses said he had his hands in his pockets and she didn't get a good look at his face but she thought he was a white male. That's in the PCA. I need to at least be sure if it's a white male or not.

I mean, not really. He came to the police station voluntarily. He submitted to the interview voluntarily. He was able to leave when he wanted, took several breaks, left the room, clearly was not in a custodial situation. Overall, even if they had not advised him of his rights (and you’re accusing two different police investigators of lying), Miranda isn’t even necessary if the interview is not custodial.

Defense even withdrew their motion to suppress this testimony based on Miranda issues.

I refer to bridge guy as being the man in the still photo from Libby's video. The witnesses had varying descriptions however a group of them state they saw only one other person on the trail from the time frame at least 12:43pm when they took a photo at the high bridge walking the entire trail back and shortly after 1:26p when they took a photo near the freedom bridge. Only one other person.

So maybe RA was actually leaving in the footage at 1:27p instead of arriving i dont know but I am just saying that the trail was empty aside from the group of girls and the man at least from 12:43p to 1:26p unless you think they are omitting seeing other people there on their walk of the trail.

Liggett also said that the misplaced tip stood out to him because he didn't know anyone else had seen the group of girls. So in my mind that means no one else was there but that group of girls, BB who arrived a little later, BG and Abby and Libby during that time frame. Or the police weren't able to find anyone else who was there at that time. It doesn't necessarily mean RA is BG but if not that person also did not leave DNA and most likely left their phone at home also.
