There are plenty of times I also say “I think I did,” but that would be in reference to minor things.

“ I think I did shut off the coffeepot before I left the house,” or something else of low magnitude.

To me that is vastly different from being uncertain as to whether or not I committed a double murder.

I would venture to say no one here is scratching their heads, puzzled as to “did I or did I not kidnap and kill two girls.”

I may be wrong but it seems like I remember transcripts being released after trial but they can be expensive depending on how long the trial is. It seems like i remember bloggers maybe pooling together to purchase them or networks getting them. If they aren't released automatically a FOIA can be filled. MOO

Been trying to figure out Jesse James witness being called by DT. In April of this year they were seeking to depose this inmate and requested the court issue an order to IDOC to allow the deposition. Was that order ever granted and this inmate deposed?

Trying to figure out if they are hoping they can get him to testify about patch wearing guards. If they elicit testimony about alleged pagan neo nazi guards, then what? They ask to introduce evidence of said culty guards? Is tis them trying to get the Odin stuff in the back door?
Yes, Judge Gull granted the motion without delay on 4/12/24! I have no idea what the defense hopes inmate JJ he can offer given the Court denied the motion to allow testimony about Odinism.

yes, it's from the news reporting on the trial playing RA's interrogation tapes. For we who obsessed over this case for years, these tapes sound full of knockouts .... but the jury is sitting through such a firehose of info all day every day! Who knows how well the impt bits will come through JMO
Can you direct me to where this was reported? I’ve seen it reported both ways (that she said she knew and didn’t know). I’m looking for a link to an MSM source if you have one. Thanks in advance

Tone matters too. Like if he was sarcastic in tone.... "you didn't do it".... "I think I did" like in a sarcastic tone this is why we need the audio. The jury thankfully can hear the audio. I hope?

I think he maybe thought the photo was from a trail camera. He possibly didn’t know it was from Libby’s camera. He likely wondered where the camera (phone) went since he didn’t take it from the crime scene.

Indiana police are asking for the public's help identifying a man captured by a trail camera near the site where the bodies of 13-year-olds Libby German and Abigail Williams were found earlier this week.

It is very odd and the reason I think the girls had another phone that they handed over to him.

I am still puzzled why Abby was dressed in Libby’s clothing. Was there any explanation during testimony? That being said, I feel like the prosecution has done a solid job.
My speculation is that there was a lot of chaos and panic from both him and the girls. All my speculation: he sees the van, freaks out, points the gun at her screams at her to get dressed. She's scared, confused, just grabs whatever's nearby to make crazy guy waving a gun calm down.

imagine how cold those girls were, what did he do for a whole hour ? they suffered unknown trauma that we cannot ever imagine. this demonic man who eats feces is guilty and I am very sure they will be eager to convict him. The incarceration/psychosis videos will not help his case. mOO

Hopefully the P will emphasize all these things in closing. I feel like they will from the way they presented their case. If you follow the timeline, this case seems very strong to me. Like down to the minute.

Are you looking for when KA asked RA something about ‘I thought you said you weren’t on the bridge?’
It was from RA’s police interview, when he was in the room with KA. I can look for it.

This is what breaks me. Those poor girls. The amount of fear and the stress/confusion/terror they must have gone through is beyond imaginable. They were kids. Babies. We live in a horrific world and I really hope that justice prevails for those girls and their families.

"You. Here. Put these on."
"But... they're not mine..."
"I said put them on!"

If trying to sort out whose is whose makes him angrier, you would just go with what he wanted, I'm quite sure.

The one thing I can't disregard is the tight timeline...backed by Libby's phone (bless her) witnesseses, the van driver, video of his car coming and going, his own admission. I feel he is guilty. He made those admissions to his wife and mother, knowing it was at great risk... he knew his crimes were so heinous that he risked losing their love. That isn't the thought process of someone suffering acute psychosis at the time of the admissions. I think he could have said "I think I" to test the waters...not quite committing to saying "I did it"

Good speculation
