No, doesn't mean that he murdered anyone. But kind of odd that she answered NO to that question. I mean, he is on trial for his life here. I'd think a simple Yes to that question would have been the expected reply. So I do wonder why she said no. She is a young woman, raised by her Mom and Dad all her life. It's unusual for a daughter to tell the world that she doesn't love her dad, imo.
That was a misprint, she answered yes to that question. Only Barb M and WTHR reported no, everyone else is saying she answered yes

Really great juror question at the end of this testimony

Baldwin asked if there were and Reddit sites or Instagram posts about a white van. Baldwin said Dr. Wala said she frequently checked online sites and there were dozens of sites that mention a white van.

Baldwin asked if Mullin knew what Wala said or told Allen about a van.

Mullin said no.

Prosecutor Nick McLeland started cross examination. McLeland asked Mullin if Allen's admission to Wala was the first time the state heard about a van.

Mullin said yes.

A juror asked why anyone would discuss the van prior to Allen's confession that a van scared him. Mullin said the confession was why the state looked into it.
There it is! They got him.

Perhaps she’s just being honest on the witness stand. IMO

Well it sounds like he did at least drop off a trailer after work. Otherwise he wouldn’t have been driving his van?

There’s some missing info IMO
Well, if you go by the defense’s questions/statements on day 11, BW dropped off the trailer earlier in the day. So it makes sense he took the van. Now the defense seems to be challenging their own assertions?

Bizarro.

I’m not discounting the person’s life experience. I’m just saying it tells us nothing about whether RA’s confessions were true or false. I don’t think anyone can conclusively say that RA’s confessions were reliable and accurate when he was experiencing delusions on those same days. They might be true, but they might be the result of delusions, and there’s no way for anyone to say for sure.

So what do you do with confessions that could either be true or false? You basically toss them out and look to the other evidence in the case.
I don't toss them out UNTIL I look to the other evidence.

When I look at the other evidence and it looks to me like he was Bridge Guy, and it looks like he forced them down the hill at gunpoint, then I can't toss the 60 confessions out.

Again, I say that because of my lifelong experience with a psychotic younger brother. When he wanted to get his point across about something he would repeatedly discuss it. And with everyone. If he felt we were being dismissive or difficult he would continue, never drop the point he was trying hard to make. He was relentless.

So when I learn that he told so many people that he killed them, AND there is circumstantial evidence which corroborates those confessions, I am not going to toss them all out. I feel like he was being determined and obsessive for a reason.

He loved his mother and wife more than anyone in the world. He was wholly dependent upon them. Why would he continue to confess to them, even when they were resisting his attempts? I feel like he had deep regrets, guilt, remorse and feared the afterlife because of his sudden religious streak. He NEEDED their approval. He needed them to accept what he'd done, imo.

Zapanta told the jury she moved out in 2015 for a job. In 2018, one year after the murders KA posted a photo of BZ to her Facebook page that featured BZ posed on the Monon High Bridge. When was the photo taken? I doubt in 2018 because by then BZ was already living on her own for approximately 3 years. I really want to know if that photo was taken by RA and WHEN.

The photo of Allen's daughter, 28-year-old Brittany, was posted to Facebook by his wife Kathy, 50, in 2018 - just over a year after the girls disappeared in February, 2017

Daughter of arrested Delphi Bridge suspect in SAME spot girls vanished
My first thought was a Senior Picture.

The defense asking if his wife or daughter will lie for him and them stating “no”. Are they meant to admit they would on the stand?

With all RA’s mental and Alcohol problems are we meant to believe that his wife never covered for him in the past which would have involved lying? I call BS!!

IMO
I'll just say none of the testimony surprised me. It's not like the D would put them on knowing they had experienced these things. They knew the answers before they asked the questions Lawyer 101.

I don't think what was testified to changes anything about what RA=BG=Killer did on Feb 13, 2017. Nothing gets him off that bridge as @StarryStarryNight points out. I think his sexual perversions were kept secret from his family, which happens more often than not in these types of cases. Especially when you have partners who are also enablers.

The Defense had to put on their gimmie money fund $40k paid for Expert. I don't find what she testified to shocking, any expert can 'shade' their findings as we well know. They have to throw it all against the wall, it now or never, time has run out.

Like AB with BW and his accusations, or his shouting EF's spitting comment even though he knew he could not bring it up. It's a something, anything, spaghetti defense. It just doesn't hold up when you look at the evidence in totality. I feel confident in the State's case, these jurors, and hopefully we'll have a guilty verdict by Saturday.

Someone mentioned in a previous post that everybody loses, while true, nobody has lost what Abigail Williams and Liberty German lost that day 7+ years ago...their precious young lives taken in a violent and brutal fashion by a sick little man.

He said he dropped it off that morning, IIRC. So he likely went back to work, in the van, so he'd still be in the van when he returned home that afternoon. IMO

If he dropped off the trailer on the way home, he wouldn’t still be pulling it when he got home.

But I thought we heard yesterday his cellphone placed him at home at 2:30pm?
Right. So either he went straight home and didn’t drop off a trailer on the way - in which case he would be driving his Subaru and not the van. That completely undermines the state’s theory of RA being interrupted by Webbers van.

OR

He did drop a trailer off with his van and didn’t drive straight home. This would have added time to his drive home and would screw up the timeline.

He seems to confirm that he told police in 2017 that he dropped off a trailer on the way home, but today he claimed he drive straight home from work.

Yelling on the stand. Poor optics.
I get that he’s upset, but he was yelling Friday too.

As an innocent person being thrown to the wolves by this underhanded Defense, his whole life being wrecked by havoc and innuendo, I can see how BW would be upset. I probably would be doing worse than that with them coming at me IRL.
