Where did you see that shoe size, bizarrely small feet? We know what size his boots were from the description in the search warrant return.

Funny how he changed that in a later interview. He went from putting himself there at the perfect timeframe for someone who did this, to the perfect timeframe for him to be innocent.

Yeah. He knew he has been seen by 4(5) witnesses, near freedom bridge and on platform 1 - therefore he gave accurate info as he believed that was safe and he needed to get ahead of it.

Years later, his priorities were different. It's why his very first interview with Dulin is far more important than the second interview.

He should have been housed where he's currently being housed. They agreed to take him earlier but the judge decided he should stay in prison.

Sure but he had confessed by then. IMO such a hearing should happen at an early juncture - exactly for these reasons

Weak sauce right, no bite. I think this was why the D was upset at the ME for changing his opinion about the possible murder weapon without telling them, to include the possibility of a boxcutter. The D had this ceremonial knife all ready to go, serrated edge probably.

Might the D theory pose a conflict considering RA was noted by prison guards to be imaging himself living in medieval times? JMO

They are confessions and the fact he was out on the bridge at the time In question dressed as the killer and his gun cartridge under the bodies.

He is guilty it’s as simple as that and I am not seeing anything that makes me believe otherwise.

I don't usually get emotional about trial watching and generally able to remain objective, but this trial has left me fairly horrified. Since when do we put people who are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a max security prison for 13 months? How often does that happen in our country? And that's only the beginning of issues so far that have left me astounded.

With reference to your first sentence….I’ve been having nightmares ( of bloody knife murders) & sleeping very badly since this trial started.

Having been a member of Websleuths for 11 years & following this particular case since the girls were reported missing, this is the first time I’ve been affected in this way.

Some cases I just can’t follow as they upset me too much. However, as with Lucy Letby’s long long trial, I am invested in seeing this through to the end.

Dr. Monica Wala is currently on the stand on Direct. She is testifying regarding multiple confessions made to her by #RichardAllen. Most notably the confession made on May 3, 2023 wherein he gave a narrative description of his activities in the day of the murders.
Wala stated that Rick stated that he went to see his parents, then they were going to eat lunch and he wasn’t interested. He said he picked up a six pack of beer and drank three, the drank the other three later. Went home, bundled up, and went to bridge. Followed the girls. Stated that he did something with gun, and that’s when he must have dropped round. He said he was intending on SA girls but a van startled him and he killed the girls. Covered the bodies with sticks and went back to his car. Lived his life.

It’s also odd to me that not a single person there that day described the man as being that short-that would stick out to me more than anything just as if I saw an unusually tall man

He was given the opportunity to hire his own atty. We like to see this because, as taxpayers, we want people to do that. He was given an reasonable amount of time to hire one; very quickly he realized the cost and asked for one to be appointed.

He should never have been transferred a number of times without the benefit of an atty. This will be problematic on appeal if he's convicted.

This is huge. I was sure he had been drinking that day, so hearing him say that in a confession makes it all the more believable.

This is much more specific than the ones we heard yesterday.
